LinkedIn-first tool that automates prospecting sequences and follow‑ups, adding cold email, an email finder, a LinkedIn inbox and an AI agent.
Read on Waalaxy's own pages on 27 October 2026
Waalaxy is a LinkedIn-first prospecting tool made by Waapi, a company registered in Montpellier, France, and founded in 2019. It automates LinkedIn steps on every paid plan, adds cold email on Business and now runs fully in the cloud, with no browser extension needed. Each seat is one LinkedIn account. It is pitched at people new to outreach, from founders and sales reps to recruiters and agencies, and its fact sheet claims 200,000+ users, 75% of whom had never run LinkedIn outreach before.
A user pastes a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search URL, or sets an auto-import on post commenters or a saved search, and the prospects land in a list. They pick one of 99+ ready sequences, write the messages (Waami, its AI writer, can draft them) and launch. A reply takes the person out of the campaign, and AI sorts it as Interested, Not interested or To follow up. The user answers on LinkedIn or in the paid Inbox and syncs the lead to a CRM.
Its strengths are a short path to a first campaign, a low entry price on yearly billing, an email finder that bills only for addresses found, and native two-way sync with HubSpot and Pipedrive. Its limits are as clear: sequences come only from templates and cannot gain a step once in use, email needs Business, InMail is not supported, the Inbox is a paid add-on teammates cannot share, and there is no white label. Waalaxy AI, a separate agent at $100 a month, is in beta.
Key features
Its main features under Waalaxy's own names, from its own pages read on 27 October 2026.
Runs LinkedIn campaigns of profile visits, follows, connection requests with or without a note, messages and recorded voice notes, paced from one shared queue, with follow‑ups that stop when the person replies.
Pro and upEvery campaign starts from one of 99+ ready sequences, filtered by channel, target and number of messages. Delays and messages can be edited, but steps cannot be added, removed or built from scratch.
Pro and upPulls prospects from a LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite search or a CSV with LinkedIn URLs, drops off-target titles with Clean my import, and auto-imports commenters, visitors or saved-search results every 12 hours.
Pro and upFinds work emails for one profile or a list through a cascade of BetterContact, FullEnrich and Dropcontact. One credit per email found, refunded on a miss, 25 a month per seat, 500 on Business.
Pro and upSends email sequences of up to five emails from your connected Gmail, Outlook or other mailboxes, alone or after LinkedIn steps in the same campaign, with variables in the body but not the subject.
BusinessA LinkedIn messaging view with saved replies, scheduled messages, reminders and tags to filter conversations. The first 500 conversations are free, then it is a paid add-on on the plan's billing cycle.
add-onSpots a reply to a note, message or email, takes the person out of the campaign, and has AI sort it as Interested, Not interested or To follow up, states you can filter and edit.
Pro and upPushes prospects to HubSpot and Pipedrive natively, or to other tools through Zapier, Make or n8n, as a campaign step or only for people who reply. Conversation content is not synced.
Pro and upAdds seats, one LinkedIn account each, reassignable at no cost. Members with permission run teammates' accounts without their LinkedIn login, a duplicate guard keeps two members off one person, and email finder credits are pooled.
Pro and upThe Copilot skill in Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini turns a website into targets, a LinkedIn search, a cleaned list and a sequence. The MCP then lets the assistant load prospects into Waalaxy lists and campaigns.

Pros and cons
From what reviewers write on review sites and forums, and from Waalaxy's own pages, read on 27 October 2026. Each page is listed under the prices.
G2's summary of its reviews (May 2026) leads with the user-friendly interface and easy setup, echoed on Trustpilot and Product Hunt. The setup is short: paste a LinkedIn search URL, pick a ready sequence, launch.
G2's summary and recent Trustpilot reviews credit it with saving time. Follow-up messages go out on their own, and a reply to any note, message or email takes the person out of the sequence.
The Email Finder queries BetterContact, FullEnrich and Dropcontact in turn with no subscription to them, charges one credit per address found and returns it on a miss. More credits come as a recurring add-on, priced by country.
Its integrations page marks HubSpot and Pipedrive as native two-way syncs, and Zapier, Make and n8n reach other CRMs. Replies alone can be synced with a sync-on-reply action.
A seat is not tied to a person, so an agency can swap who uses it at no cost, open each client's account in one click without their LinkedIn login, and keep members from contacting the same person.
Auto-imports add new post commenters, profile visitors, people who invited you, or new Sales Navigator saved-search and lead-list results every 12 hours, skipping anyone already in your account.
The help center rules out building a sequence from scratch or changing the steps of one in use. Three of the seven Product Hunt reviews fault the lack of custom workflows.
Cold email and mixed LinkedIn and email campaigns need Business, $55 per seat a month billed yearly or $69 monthly. Sequences cap at five emails, and the subject line takes no variables.
Waalaxy does not send InMail, which must be sent on LinkedIn itself, and G2's summary of its reviews names missing features such as InMail and group messages.
G2's summary names the high cost among the cons. Every LinkedIn account is a seat, the Inbox is $22 a month before tax after 500 free conversations, and extra email credits are a recurring add-on, never a one-off.
Charges after a trial and slow or refused refunds make up about half of the one- and two-star Trustpilot reviews read. The trial turns paid with no reminder, and Waalaxy's terms make a started period due in full.
Teammates cannot see each other's Inbox, the add-on cannot be bought for just one account of a team, and CRM sync carries no conversation content, so a team has no shared view of its conversations.
Ratings read on 27 October 2026: G2 4.5 of 5 from 1,557 reviews, Trustpilot 4.8 of 5 from 1,301 reviews, Product Hunt 4.3 of 5 from 7 reviews

Thanks for connecting, Maya. Saw the two SDR roles. Most teams hire before the pipeline is ready for them. Worth comparing notes?

Three things we changed in how our SDRs plan the week, and the one we rolled back after a month. Monday starts with the pipeline now, not the inbox. ...more

Curious which one you rolled back. In our experience the shared call list goes first.
Sam K.
It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

That matches what we see. Named accounts per rep usually fix it. Did you go back to territories?

Questions
Each answer from Waalaxy's own pages, read on 27 October 2026.
Waalaxy prices per seat, and one seat is one LinkedIn account. For a US buyer it prices Pro at $19, Advanced at $39 and Business, the only plan that sends email, at $69 per user a month billed monthly, or $16, $32 and $55 a month billed yearly, about 20% off, paid upfront in one payment. Its pricing page first prints the euro list to every visitor, and the price differs by country. The LinkedIn Inbox is an add-on at $22 a month before tax, and Enterprise, from 5 seats, has no price on the page. Read on waalaxy.com and its help center on 27 October 2026. GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits, billed monthly, with no per-user fees, on our pricing page.
Both, with conditions. Each paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial. Its help center says the card trial needs a credit card and turns into a paid plan at the end unless you cancel, and that no reminder is sent before the first charge. Freemium is free but runs no automation: you can only import prospects from a CSV file, and no campaign can be launched on it. Read on waalaxy.com and its help center on 27 October 2026. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial.
On its Business plan. Its help center says email sending is only available on Business, from the email accounts you connect, in sequences of up to five emails. A prospect without an email address cannot be added to an email campaign, and the subject line takes no variables. Its email finder gives 25 credits a month per seat on Pro and Advanced and 500 on Business, and unused credits do not roll over. Read on its help center on 27 October 2026. In GetSales the email steps sit in the same workflow as the LinkedIn steps and send from the sender profile's own mailboxes.
In part. Its help center says every campaign uses one of its ready sequences: an action cannot be added to or removed from one, a sequence cannot be built from scratch, and a sequence in use cannot gain or lose a step. Delays can be edited in a running campaign, taking up to 3 hours, and an edited message reaches only the people who have not had it yet. Read on its help center on 27 October 2026. In GetSales you edit a draft beside the live version, adding or removing steps, and publish it while the workflow runs: people who enter from then on take the new version.
For one person starting LinkedIn outreach, it can be: it starts from ready sequences, and G2's own summary of its reviews, dated May 2026 and read in October, puts a user-friendly interface and an easy setup first. Among the cons, the same summary names the tool's high cost. Its help center, read on 27 October 2026, adds that a sequence in use cannot gain or lose a step. Email needs Business and the inbox is an add-on, so a team that writes on both channels pays for Business on each LinkedIn account. The stack comparison on this page prices the tools such a team needs against one GetSales plan.
