LinkedIn outreach automation tool with email steps, branching campaign sequences and message personalization, used by sales teams, agencies and recruiters.
Read on Expandi's own pages on 27 October 2026
Expandi is a cloud-based tool that automates LinkedIn outreach and adds email steps to the same sequence. Its pages pitch it to lead generation agencies, sales teams, recruiters and business owners. It is priced per seat, and each seat holds one LinkedIn account at a time. A team or an agency connects several accounts in one workspace, and Agency customers can run the app under their own brand on their own subdomain.
A campaign starts from a lead list: a LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or Recruiter search, a post's engagers, an event, a group, a CSV, or a Signals step that pulls in people who viewed your profile or engaged with a post. The team lays out the steps in the builder (a visit, a request, follow‑ups, an email where an address is known) with if/then branches. Replies from every account land in the Global Inbox, where the AI can rate them and draft an answer.
What sets Expandi apart is the range of LinkedIn steps (event invites, group messages, company follow invites, InMail), native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce sync, a white label for agencies and an MCP in beta. Email is where it stops short: it writes only to addresses public on LinkedIn or imported by CSV, shows emails view only and runs multi-mailbox sending as a beta. A live campaign's steps cannot be changed, and the AI works in English only.
Key features
Its main features under Expandi's own names, from its own pages read on 27 October 2026.
A drag-and-drop builder that chains LinkedIn actions, email steps, tags, webhooks and CRM pushes, branching on conditions such as If connected, If email opened or an ICP filter on title, industry, size and location.
Ready-made campaigns beside the builder: Connector, Messenger, Open InMail, Group, Event Invite, Mobile Connector, Inbound for profile viewers, Company Follow Invite and Recovery for a deleted campaign, with A/B splits and priorities.
Pulls people from LinkedIn, Sales Navigator or Recruiter searches, post engagers, event attendees, group members, your own company page's followers, a CSV or a Smartlead campaign, or a Lead Qualification list of ICP matches.
A first campaign step that adds people who visited your profile or company page (LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator required) or engaged with up to three posts. Shared Signals (beta) lists them workspace-wide.
An Email step from your own Gmail, Outlook or SMTP mailbox, for leads whose address is public on LinkedIn or came in a CSV. A reply pauses the lead. Multi-mailbox sending is in beta.
Conversations from every LinkedIn account in a workspace in one list, searchable and filtered by account, company, status and interaction, with access set by role. Campaign emails show in the same thread, view only.
Set a campaign goal and the AI drafts messages and chat replies, rates replies as interested, maybe or not interested, and writes each lead's message from a short prompt. English only, under usage caps.
Connects Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client to your account to build lead lists, draft campaigns and replies, explain why a campaign stopped and report results. Nothing sends or launches without your approval.
Adds personalized images and GIFs through Hyperise to LinkedIn messages, and AI-personalized videos through Sendspark to connection notes, messages and InMails. Each needs its own account with that vendor, connected per LinkedIn account.
add-onWorkspaces hold many LinkedIn accounts with roles from admin to view-only account manager, shared campaigns across contributors and Event Pods (beta). Agency adds a white label: your subdomain, logo, colors, login page and Stripe billing.
White label on AgencyPricing
Expandi publishes one price, for its Business plan, per seat, and each seat holds one LinkedIn account at a time. Agency, for 10 seats and up, is priced on a sales call. Its own figures and terms:

Pros and cons
From what reviewers write on review sites and forums, and from Expandi's own pages, read on 27 October 2026. Each page is listed under the prices.
Many five-star Trustpilot reviews from June and July 2026 describe onboarding or strategy calls where a named staff member walked them through campaign setup and showed features they had missed.
Reviewers say support calls gave concrete tips on acceptance and reply rates, set up a working HubSpot connection and found a slot across time zones. Trustpilot's own summary also praises customization that stays simple day to day.
Beyond requests and messages, sequences include event invites, group messages, company follow invites, free and paid InMail and profile follows, and an Inbound campaign works your profile viewers.
HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce receive leads and their activity automatically on campaign triggers or by hand from the inbox, and Smartlead swaps leads both ways for cold email. Zapier and webhooks cover the rest.
On Agency, resellers run the app on their own subdomain with their logo, colors and login page, send system email from their SMTP and bill clients through their own Stripe account.
Its MCP lets Claude or ChatGPT, even on their free plans, build lists, draft campaigns and replies, and explain a stalled campaign, inside the account's usual limits, and nothing goes out until you approve it.
One- and two-star Trustpilot reviews from 2024 to 2026 describe charges after a trial or a cancellation attempt, and refunds refused. Its terms make fees nonrefundable unless the law or a separate agreement says otherwise.
Low-star reviews on Trustpilot report campaigns pausing for no clear reason, failed contact uploads, slow pages that need a cache clear, poor mobile use and LinkedIn accounts dropping their connection to the app.
Once a builder campaign is activated, steps cannot be added, removed or reordered, only delays and copy edited, so a change means a duplicate. An account also runs at most 15 active campaigns.
Email goes only to addresses public on LinkedIn or imported by CSV, emails in the inbox are view only and answered from your own mailbox, and multi-mailbox sending is a beta granted in batches.
Each LinkedIn account costs $99 a month on monthly billing, a seat with no account connected is still billed until removed, images, GIFs and video cost extra, and Agency pricing comes only from a sales call.
The AI works in English only. Each LinkedIn account gets a daily allowance of AI message credits and AI replies, unused credits expire, and sentiment rating runs in at most five active campaigns.
Ratings read on 27 October 2026: Trustpilot 4.4 of 5 from 235 reviews

Thanks for connecting, Maya. Saw the two SDR roles. Most teams hire before the pipeline is ready for them. Worth comparing notes?

Three things we changed in how our SDRs plan the week, and the one we rolled back after a month. Monday starts with the pipeline now, not the inbox. ...more

Curious which one you rolled back. In our experience the shared call list goes first.
Sam K.
It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

That matches what we see. Named accounts per rep usually fix it. Did you go back to territories?

Questions
Each answer from Expandi's own pages, read on 27 October 2026.
Expandi's Business plan is $99 a month per seat on monthly billing, or $79 a month billed annually and paid upfront, and one seat holds one LinkedIn account at a time. A seat stays billed until you remove it, even with no account connected, and seats added during the 7-day trial are charged when it ends. Agency, for 10 seats and up with white label, is priced on a sales call. Image and GIF personalization cost extra, and video runs through Sendspark, a paid add-on. Its terms make fees nonrefundable unless the law requires otherwise. Read on its site and in its help center on 27 October 2026. Expandi calls itself a LinkedIn automation tool, for sales teams, lead generation agencies and recruiters. It runs connection requests, messages, InMail, profile visits, likes, endorsements and event invites in sequences with if-then conditions, adds email steps from your own mailbox, and puts the LinkedIn conversations of every account in one inbox. It has native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce integrations, webhooks, a white label on its Agency plan and an MCP in private beta for Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants. It is priced per seat, one LinkedIn account on each. Read on its site and in its help center on 27 October 2026.
No. Its help center says emails in the inbox are view only: you reply from your own mailbox, and the reply shows in Expandi at its next check. It shows an email only for a lead already in Expandi, from the mailbox used for that lead, without attachments, and the box under a conversation sends LinkedIn and Sales Navigator messages only. Its AI writes up to 20 replies a day per LinkedIn account, in English. Read in its help center on 27 October 2026. In GetSales, LinkedIn and email replies from every sender profile land in Unibox, and you answer both from there.
In part. Expandi's help center says that once a builder campaign has been activated, its flow can no longer be changed: steps cannot be added, removed or reordered, while delays and message copy still can. It also caps an account at 15 active campaigns at a time and 5,000 leads per campaign. Read in its help center on 27 October 2026. In GetSales you edit a draft beside the live version, adding or removing steps, and publish it while the workflow runs. People who enter from then on take the new version, and the people already inside finish the one they started.
