Why teams switch

The steps run,
you approve

  1. Nobody marks a task done

The visit, the connection request with a note, the message and the email sit in one workflow, and each step runs by itself, from your LinkedIn account or your mailbox.

  2. A plan for each conversation

The AI SDR follows your scenarios and your Playbook and keeps a plan per thread. A thread it should not answer alone comes to you.

  3. One sentence to a campaign

Creator builds the list and the campaign from one sentence, typed or said, and waits for your yes before it starts.

Sample run of GetSales. Creator hears one sentence by voice and plans the run: AI Search finds heads of sales at UK SaaS companies, the table fills with a work email, an AI score and a first line for each person, the workflow is built and starts on a spoken yes, the AI SDR is set up and drafts a reply that waits for approval, and Signals shows each new event with what it led to or what to switch on.

Curious which one you rolled back. In our experience the shared call list goes first.

It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

Questions

About Apollo.io
and GetSales

Anything else, ask our AI sales agent.

Talk to AI Sales
How much does Apollo.io cost?

Apollo.io has a free plan and three paid plans, priced per user, and every user on an account is on the same plan. Billed annually, Basic is $49, Professional $79 and Organization $119 per user a month. Organization needs at least 3 users and is annual only. Billed monthly, Basic is $65 and Professional $99, and a year paid upfront saves 24%. Credits pay for data and more: an email costs 1 credit and a phone number 8, AI research, warm-up, mailboxes and US calls draw on the same credits, and unused credits do not roll over. The Advanced Dialer is an add-on at $119 a team a month billed annually. Prices exclude taxes. Its terms renew a subscription by itself unless you give notice at least 30 days before the term ends. All of it read on apollo.io and its help center on 26 October 2026. GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits, with no fee per user. The figures are on the pricing page.

What are the best Apollo.io alternatives?

It depends on why you are leaving. G2's own summary of its reviews, dated May 2026, names an interface many find overwhelming and email data missing for some regions, and on Trustpilot, in reviews of September and October 2026, several find the credits small for what they cost. For contact and company data, the names that come up are ZoomInfo (zoominfo.com: a GTM platform on B2B data, with 500M+ contacts), Cognism (cognism.com: B2B data with a focus on Europe and phone-verified mobile numbers), Lusha (lusha.com: a data layer for GTM teams and AI agents), Seamless.AI (seamless.ai: AI prospecting with outreach and AI agents) and RocketReach (rocketreach.co: a phone and email finder). lemlist (lemlist.com) finds leads and runs campaigns on email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and SMS, and Clay (clay.com) brings data from 200+ vendors into AI workflows. For writing to people on LinkedIn and email from one app, with the LinkedIn steps run in the same workflow as the email and each work email checked by the verifier you pick, there is GetSales, which has no phone finder and no dialer. Each description is from the vendor's own site, read on 26 October 2026.

Is Apollo.io free?

It has a free plan that, in its words, "stays free with no time limit": 900 credits per user a year, granted 75 a month, 2 sequences per team, 1 mailbox per user and 250 emails a day. Its Basic and Professional plans also have a 14-day trial with 75 credits, after which you upgrade or move to the free plan. Read on apollo.io/pricing on 26 October 2026. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial. GetSales' prices are on the pricing page.

Does Apollo.io automate LinkedIn?

Not on its own pages. Apollo's help center says "LinkedIn tasks need to be manually completed": a sequence can hold a connection request, a profile view, a post to interact with or a message as a task, and a person copies the message, does it on LinkedIn and marks the task complete. Apollo has no LinkedIn connection status column either, so you check the profile yourself (knowledge.apollo.io, updated 29 May 2026, read on 26 October 2026). In GetSales, connection requests with a note, messages, InMail and profile visits run from your own LinkedIn account, paced within each account's limits, in one workflow with the email steps, and a wait for the accept gives those who accept and those who do not each their own next step.

Does Apollo.io send email?

Yes. In its words, "email campaigns are included on every Apollo account". Its grid gives Free and Basic 1 mailbox per user and 250 emails a day, and Professional and Organization any number of Google and Microsoft mailboxes plus 5 or 15 SMTP mailboxes per user, with daily sends listed as unlimited. Sequences are 2 per team on Free and unlimited from Basic, with A/Z tests from Professional, and the paid plans add a Deliverability Suite, email warm-up and buying domains and mailboxes, which spend credits. Read on apollo.io/pricing and its help center on 26 October 2026. GetSales sends email too, from each sender profile's mailboxes, as steps in the same workflow as the LinkedIn steps, with waits, branches and A/B tests, and by default a reply pauses that person's follow-ups. The difference is the LinkedIn side: in GetSales those steps run, in Apollo they are tasks a person completes.

How does Apollo.io compare with ZoomInfo?

Both sell B2B contact and company data. The plainest difference is the price. Apollo.io publishes its prices per user, from a free plan to $119 per user a month billed annually, and charges 1 credit for an email and 8 for a phone number (apollo.io/pricing). ZoomInfo publishes no price for its platform: its pricing page asks you to request one, and each export costs one credit (zoominfo.com/pricing). Each counts its own data: Apollo "240M+ contacts" (apollo.io), ZoomInfo "500M+ contacts" (zoominfo.com). All read on 26 October 2026; ZoomInfo's home page, read on 27 October, also calls ZoomInfo Lite "a permanent free plan". More on ZoomInfo on its own page.

What is Apollo.io?

Apollo.io calls itself "one connected GTM system": a B2B contact database, "240M+ contacts and 30M+ accounts" in its words, with email sequences, a dialer, website visitor identification, lead and deal management and AI agents in one app, priced per user with credits. It is not Apollo GraphQL, a different company with the same name.

Can I bring my Apollo list into GetSales?

Yes, as a CSV. Export the list from Apollo: its plans cap how many records one selection takes (25 on Free, 1,000 on Basic, 2,500 on Professional, 10,000 on Organization), and the records you have saved can be exported at once (apollo.io/pricing, read on 26 October 2026). In GetSales a CSV of up to 50 MB maps onto your table's columns. A person already in any table of your workspace is not added again, and people on your stoplist are marked Stoplisted and never contacted. GetSales does not connect to Apollo itself: the list comes in as a CSV, or by webhook.
