Which one fits

GetSales or lemlist,
in plain terms

Choose GetSales if

  • Yes: You run several LinkedIn accounts and would rather pay for accounts, email capacity and credits than per user
  • Yes: You want each reply labelled, one of 15 labels with its reason, rather than interested or not
  • Yes: You want each answer drafted by the AI SDR, sent on its own or held for your OK as each scenario sets, and the threads it should not answer alone handed to you
  • Yes: You want a play to answer a job change, or a visit on a site switched to People, and neither to spend credits

Stay with lemlist if

  • Yes: Your team calls, texts or writes on WhatsApp: lemlist runs all three from its Multichannel sequences, WhatsApp as an add-on, and GetSales has no phone finder and no dialer
  • Yes: You want email warm-up and a deliverability hub built in: lemwarm comes with every plan
  • Yes: You send email only and want any number of users and mailboxes for one price by volume, from $69 a month billed monthly
  • Yes: You want signals beyond the people you write to: 30+ types, from hiring and funding to new accounts

Why teams switch

From one sentence
to each answer

  1. From one sentence to the steps

AI Search finds the people from one sentence, and the ones who fit go straight from the table into a workflow, LinkedIn and email steps in one flow. Nothing to export between tools.

  2. Where each person stands

The table, Workflows and Unibox share the same people, so each row can show the person's stage, their workflow step and what the AI SDR is doing, beside their work email.

  3. A plan for each conversation

The AI SDR follows your scenarios and your Playbook and keeps a plan per thread. A thread it should not answer alone comes to you.

Sample run of GetSales. Creator hears one sentence by voice and plans the run: AI Search finds heads of sales at UK SaaS companies, the table fills with a work email, an AI score and a first line for each person, the workflow is built and starts on a spoken yes, the AI SDR is set up and drafts a reply that waits for approval, and Signals shows each new event with what it led to or what to switch on.

Curious which one you rolled back. In our experience the shared call list goes first.

It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

Pricing

What lemlist
costs in 2026

lemlist publishes its prices: an Email plan priced by the emails a team sends each month, a Multichannel plan priced per user and Enterprise by quote, with 10% off on quarterly billing and 20% on yearly. Data runs on credits. Its own figures, on monthly billing unless a row says otherwise:

GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits, billed monthly, with no per-user fees. The figures are on our pricing page.

See GetSales pricing

From lemlist's own pages, 27 October 2026

Email
$69 a month for 50,000 emails, $89 for 100,000, up to $659 for 1,000,000, with any number of users and mailboxes. Billed yearly, from $55. No LinkedIn, calls or WhatsApp.
Multichannel
$109 per user a month, $99 on quarterly billing, $87 on yearly. Email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS, with 5 mailboxes and one LinkedIn account per user.
Enterprise
Custom, an annual plan only, with at least 5 seats.
Add-ons
More mailboxes at $9 each a month, WhatsApp at $20 per user a month, a phone number at $15 a month, buying signals from $29 a month for 100.
Credits
Multichannel includes 400 per user a month, reset each month, and the Email plan includes none. More from $20 a month for 2,000. An email found costs 5, a phone number 20, an SMS 6.
Credit rules
Credits you subscribe to roll over while that add-on runs, and expire at the next anniversary once you cancel it. Credits you bought are not refunded.
Plan changes
Email and Multichannel cannot be switched within a team from the app: support moves you, or you open a new team and move your contacts by hand.
Term
Renews by itself on the same basis. You can cancel any time, with no refund for a month or year already begun, even pro rata.
Trial
14 days, no card: Multichannel's features but in-app calls, 200 credits once, 50 emails a day. Then Freemium, which sends nothing.

Questions

About lemlist
and GetSales

Anything else, ask our AI sales agent.

Talk to AI Sales
What are the best lemlist alternatives?

It depends on why you are leaving. For LinkedIn and email from one tool, these names come up. Reply.io pairs multichannel sequences with 1B+ contacts and Jason, its autonomous AI SDR. La Growth Machine runs LinkedIn, email and calls in one sequence, with a shared inbox. Waalaxy is LinkedIn outreach with email follow-ups and an email finder. Woodpecker pairs cold email with LinkedIn. For email at volume, Instantly and Smartlead. Apollo.io pairs 240M+ contacts with outreach and a dialer. And GetSales, which finds the people, runs LinkedIn and email steps in one flow and drafts each answer, sent on its own or held for your OK as each scenario sets. Each line is from the vendor's own site, read on 27 October 2026.

How much does lemlist cost?

lemlist sells two plans to new customers, and Enterprise by quote. On monthly billing the Email plan costs $69 a month for 50,000 emails, up to $659 for 1,000,000, with no LinkedIn, calls or included credits. Multichannel costs $109 per user a month and adds LinkedIn, calls and SMS, 5 mailboxes per user and 400 credits per user a month. Quarterly billing takes 10% off and yearly 20%. More mailboxes are $9 each a month, WhatsApp $20 per user a month and more credits from $20 a month. All read on lemlist's pricing page and help center on 27 October 2026. GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits, billed monthly, with no per-user fees, on the pricing page.

Does lemlist have a free trial or a free plan?

A trial, and a free plan that sends nothing. The trial runs 14 days with no card, on Multichannel's features except in-app calls, with 200 credits once and up to 50 emails a day, and lemwarm is not part of it. The Email plan has no trial. When the trial ends, or a paid plan is cancelled, the account moves to Freemium, which keeps your data but launches no campaigns. Read on lemlist's help center on 27 October 2026. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial.

How does lemlist compare with Reply.io?

Both run email and LinkedIn in one sequence with a contact database behind it, and they differ in how far the AI goes. Reply.io's own site names multichannel sequences, 1B+ contacts and Jason, its autonomous AI SDR. lemlist's pages name a 650M+ lead database, sequences across email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp, and lemAgent, an assistant that builds campaigns and drafts a reply when you ask it. Both read on their own sites on 27 October 2026.

How does lemlist compare with Waalaxy?

Waalaxy starts from LinkedIn, lemlist from email and a lead database. Waalaxy's homepage describes LinkedIn outreach with email follow-ups, an email finder and one inbox for LinkedIn conversations, with lists built from LinkedIn Search, Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite. lemlist runs email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS in one sequence on its Multichannel plan, with WhatsApp as an add-on, priced per user, and has a 650M+ lead database. Both read on their own sites on 27 October 2026. GetSales finds the people from one sentence or a LinkedIn search, and runs the LinkedIn and email steps from one sender profile.

How does lemlist compare with Smartlead and Instantly?

Smartlead and Instantly are built around cold email at volume, lemlist around outreach on several channels. Smartlead's homepage puts deliverability first: its own email infrastructure, warm-up, placement data, a master inbox, AI agents and a dialer. Instantly's names AI sales agents, automated outreach, a lead database, deliverability tools and a CRM. lemlist pairs email with LinkedIn, calls and SMS on its Multichannel plan, with WhatsApp as an add-on, at $109 per user a month on monthly billing, while its Email plan is priced by the emails a team sends, from $69 a month billed monthly for 50,000. All read on their own sites on 27 October 2026.

What do reviews say about lemlist?

We read G2's own summary of lemlist's reviews, dated May 2026, and the reviews on Trustpilot in October 2026, and kept only the complaints that come back across many of them. G2's summary names the credit system as expensive and the interface as confusing at times. Slow support and bugs come back on Trustpilot. On Trustpilot, several reviews since July 2024 describe charges after a cancellation, or a hard time cancelling. lemlist's terms renew a plan by itself and refund no month or year already begun, and its help center says the credit add-on is cancelled apart from the plan, so check both before you leave.

What do lemlist's credits pay for?

Data and some channels. An email found and verified costs 5 credits, a phone number 20, a LinkedIn enrichment 1, an SMS 6 and a calling minute from 4. Email and phone finds are charged only on a result, but a phone number that turns out wrong is still charged, and AI contact sourcing is charged per company even when nobody is found. Multichannel includes 400 credits per user a month, reset each month, and the Email plan includes none. When credits run out, enrichment stops until you restart it by hand. From lemlist's help center, updated 6 October 2026, read on 27 October 2026.

Can I move from lemlist to GetSales?

Yes, by setting the outreach up again in GetSales: there is no lemlist integration, and campaigns are not copied over. Export your leads from lemlist as a CSV and import it as new rows: a CSV can be up to 50 MB, and a person already in any table of your workspace is not added again. Put your unsubscribes on your stoplist in Settings, from a CSV. Connect your LinkedIn account and your mailboxes as a sender profile, then build the workflow, or let Creator build it from one sentence. lemlist's help center, read on 27 October 2026, says a cancelled plan keeps your data on its free plan, so the export can wait.
