Playtables

Data enrichment that finds and checks work emails.

Your table looks up each person's work email and checks it, scores the fit and writes a first line for each fit, beside their stage, workflow and replies.

Sample of a Playtables table in GetSales. The people land as rows, then each row gets a work email, named with the finder that found it, an AI score and a first line. A weak fit gets no first line, and an email not found costs nothing. Then the table shows each person's full context: the pipeline stage moves as the workflow sends its invitations, and when a reply lands the AI SDR labels it in Co-pilot.

How it works

What columns read,
and when they run

  1. One company, one cell

A person's company joins the Companies tab, so a company column runs there once for all its people.

  2. Columns read the row

Type / in a prompt to use the person, their company or another column's answer.

  3. A column waits for its inputs

When a column reads another, each row waits for that cell. A first line set to run on a good fit waits for the score.

  4. Open a cell to see why

A score, a line or an email shows what it read from the row, each step it took and the credits it spent.

01

Lead enrichment
with checked emails

The email column asks one finder after another until an address is accepted. You pay for what is delivered.

  • Finders in the order you set
  • With a verifier, each address checked first
  • A miss costs nothing

Already have addresses? Remove the finders and the column only checks them, at the verifier's rate.

02

Data on each person
and their company

Pick the data points you need about each person and company, and each lands as its own column.

  • Enrich lead: position and location
  • Enrich company: industry and size
  • Basic or Advanced, with its rate per row

Any company column can also sit beside each person, added from their Company cell.

03

A first line
for every fit

An AI column writes an opening line for each person who fits, from your words and what is on their row.

  • A line of its own for each fit
  • Weak fits held, no line written
  • With Auto-run, new rows get theirs

04

A column
for every job

Pick a column from the catalog: an action that works on each row, or a widget with the person's context.

  • Use AI to fill, summarize and search the web
  • Find work email, or call your own APIs
  • Pipeline stage, Workflows and AI SDR widgets

05

The full context,
on every row

Workflows runs the steps, the AI SDR reads the replies, and the table shows where each person stands.

In your hands

Which columns start
without a click

On its own

  • Auto-update, on from the start

Email and person data columns run on each new person a source adds.

  • New companies, searched

Find people searches each new company a source adds with no people yet.

Waits for you

  • A new AI column

Auto-run starts off, so a score or a first line waits until you run it.

  • Run column

Set how many rows to run, and the estimate in credits shows before anything starts.

Never

  • Charges a row its rule skips

A row that fails Only run if reads Condition not met and spends nothing.

  • Re-runs paid cells on an edit

Change a paid column's settings and the cells it filled stay. Later runs use the new settings.

Talk to AI Sales
What is data enrichment?

Data enrichment fills in what a list is missing on each row: a person's position, their company's industry and size, a work email, whether that address is deliverable, a fit score, a first line, or anything an AI column can work out from the row or the web. In GetSales, B2B data enrichment happens in a Playtable, the table every lead lands in. Each piece is a column you add once, and it runs on every row, new rows included once auto-run is on.

What is lead enrichment?

Lead enrichment adds what a lead is missing before anyone writes to them: a work email, a score of how well the person fits and a first line to open with. In GetSales each is a column in the Playtable your leads land in, and once you pick a verifier each address is checked before it lands.

How does GetSales find a work email, and what does it cost?

The Find work email column asks one finder at a time, in the order you set, and stops at the first address that passes the verifier you pick, or at the first one found when you pick none. An address found and delivered costs one credit, its check included, and a miss or an address the verifier rejects costs nothing. Every step is on the waterfall enrichment page, the search itself on the email finder page and what a credit costs on the pricing page.

How does AI lead scoring work?

Add a Use AI column and say in plain words what makes a good fit. It reads the columns you point it at, answers for every row and keeps its reasoning beside each answer with how sure it is, so a weak score explains itself. Other columns can run only on the rows it scores as a fit.

What columns can a table have?

Actions, widgets and basics. An action works on every row, such as Use AI or Find work email. A widget shows the person's context: their pipeline stage, the workflow they are in and the step they are on, and how the AI SDR labelled their reply. Basics hold your own text, numbers, dates and choices.

Where do the leads in a Playtable come from?

From AI Search, where you describe who to find and the rows arrive from live search, from a CSV you import, or from the people who reacted to or commented on a post you paste in. Start from a list of companies instead and the Find people column finds who you need at each, as the lead list builder page shows. Enrichment runs on whatever lands, so a list you built elsewhere gets the same email column and the same checks.

Can I enrich a list I already have and take it back out?

Yes. Import a CSV up to 50 MB as new rows, or as updates to the rows you already have, matched by a key you pick. Add the columns you need, then export the table to CSV, each work email with its status beside it.

Can I send the results to my own tools?

Yes. A column can call your own API with each row's values, at no credit cost. Your own agents can work the same tables through our MCP server, and when a run finishes an event can be posted to your URL, set up through the API or the MCP server.

How do I keep enrichment costs under control?

Before a run, the Run column window shows about how many credits it will take for the rows it matches, and you can try a column on one row first. Only run if keeps a paid column to the rows that pass a rule you describe in your own words. The Find people column also takes a daily credit limit. Changing a column's settings never re-runs the rows it already paid for.

Is Playtables free?

Yes. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial.
