Where GetSales fits

From the search to
the reply, in one app

GetSales is not a contact database. It finds the people when you ask, checks each work email in the table, runs the LinkedIn and email steps and drafts each answer. Creator builds all of it from one sentence.

  • One credit per address found and delivered. A miss costs nothing.
  • LinkedIn and email steps in one flow, with waits, branches and A/Z tests.
  • The AI SDR drafts each answer, and each scenario sets whether it sends on its own or waits for your OK.

GetSales has no phone finder and no dialer. If you need either, a data vendor above is the better choice.

How to choose

What to compare
before you switch

The questions that separate these tools, whichever kind you are looking at.

  1. Where do the people come from?

A database you search and export, a search run when you ask, or a list you bring. Ask what one contact costs and whether your own CSV comes in.

  2. How is the work email found and checked?

How many sources are tried, whether the address is checked before it is used, and what a miss costs you.

  3. Which steps run by themselves?

Some tools run a LinkedIn step, some leave you a task to do by hand. Check that the LinkedIn and the email steps sit in one sequence.

  4. What happens when someone replies?

Where the reply lands, who reads it first, and whether an answer is drafted for you to approve or sent without you.

  5. How is it priced, and for how long?

A published price or a quote, per user or per credit, monthly or annual, and what renewing and cancelling look like.

Questions

One tool
or the other

Anything else, ask our AI sales agent.

Talk to AI Sales
Is GetSales a contact database?

No. GetSales sells no database to browse or export, and has no phone finder and no dialer. AI Search runs a search when you ask, from a sentence typed or said, and each person it finds gets a status, with nobody already in your tables added twice. A Find work email column then looks for each person's work address, and the same app runs the LinkedIn and email steps and reads the replies.

Can I bring my list and my accounts from another tool?

Yes. Your list comes in as a CSV of up to 50 MB, mapped onto your table's columns. A person already in any table of your workspace is not added again, and people on your stoplist are marked Stoplisted and never contacted. Connect your LinkedIn account and your mailboxes as a sender profile. Campaigns are not copied over from another tool: build the workflow again, or let Creator build it from one sentence.

How do I compare prices across these tools?

Check four things: whether the price is published or quoted, what it is counted by (a user, a sender or a credit), the term, monthly or annual, and what renewing and cancelling look like. Each page here says how its vendor prices, from that vendor's own pricing page, dated. The stack on this page prices the six tools an outbound team pays for, each on the plan that fits a team of three or its smallest, against one GetSales plan for the same team. GetSales prices are on the pricing page.

Where do these comparisons come from?

From each vendor's own site, read on 21 October 2026 unless its row gives another day, and the stack's prices on the days its sources give: its homepage, and its pricing page where we could read it. We describe a tool in plain words or quote it, and print its numbers as its own. GetSales' side says only what the product does today. A vendor's page can change after we read it, so check it before you buy.

What is the difference between ZoomInfo and Apollo.io?

Both sell a B2B contact database with email outreach and a dialer. The plainest difference is the price. Apollo.io publishes its prices per user, starting with a free plan, and charges credits for data (apollo.io/pricing). ZoomInfo publishes no price for its platform: it is sold by quote and each export costs one credit (zoominfo.com/pricing), and its home page calls ZoomInfo Lite "a permanent free plan" (read on 27 October 2026). Each counts its own data: Apollo.io "240M+ contacts" (apollo.io), ZoomInfo "500M+ contacts" (zoominfo.com). More on ZoomInfo and Apollo.io on their own pages.
