Seamless.AI pricing and alternatives

For teams that want the people found, written to on LinkedIn and email and answered in one app, on a plan billed monthly.

Pricing

How Seamless.AI
prices in 2026

Seamless.AI publishes no price: its Pricing link opens a form that asks for your details. Its own pages and terms say how the licences, the credits and the contract work:

GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits, billed monthly, with no per-user fees. The figures are on our pricing page.

See GetSales pricing

From Seamless.AI's own pages, 27 October 2026

Price
No figure. The form offers "special pricing", and the home page says it is "free for up to 50 credits".
Licences
Free: 50 Universal Credits that never refresh. Basic: 250 a month per user. Pro: 10,000 a month per user. Both refresh on the contract date.
Bulk credits
One pool for the organization, added at the start of the contract. It does not refresh; more are bought when it runs out.
What spends one
1 credit per contact researched, row enriched or Autopilot contact. 0.2 per AI Assistant turn or AI-written message.
On top
Buyer Intent is an additional purchase, its topics locked for the subscription. Calls need your own Twilio subscription, and minutes typically cost extra.
Term
"All subscriptions for the Services are annual", billed monthly or yearly, in advance, and "all sales are final".
Renewal
Another 12 months unless you cancel more than 60 days before the renewal date, through a form and a meeting with its Customer Success team.
Price changes
Its terms let it change the fees by notice, effective at once.
Credits back
An email that fails its check is credited back. A bounce returns only purchased credits, for the email part, on mail sent through Connect, once per contact.

Which one fits

GetSales or Seamless.AI,
in plain terms

Choose GetSales if

  • Yes: You write to people on LinkedIn and email, and want both kinds of step to run in one workflow, not wait as tasks
  • Yes: You want published prices, billed monthly, with no per-user fees
  • Yes: You want to pay a credit only for a work email delivered, with a miss free
  • Yes: You want LinkedIn and email replies in one inbox, each labelled, with the answer drafted by the AI SDR, sent on its own or held for your OK as each scenario sets

Stay with Seamless.AI if

  • Yes: Your team calls as much as it writes: Seamless.AI finds mobiles and direct dials and dials through Twilio, and GetSales has no phone finder and no dialer
  • Yes: You buy on intent topics: its Buyer Intent covers 10,000+ of them, and GetSales does not track intent topics
  • Yes: You want researched contacts synced into Salesforce, HubSpot or its 6,000+ connected tools
  • Yes: You prospect from the browser: its Chrome extension finds emails and phone numbers on any website

Why teams switch

From one sentence
to the reply

  1. Every person once

Each person AI Search finds lands with how it ended: imported to your table, a duplicate already in one of your tables, stoplisted, or turned away by Check on save.

  2. Nobody marks a task done

The visit, the connection request with a note, the message and the email sit in one workflow, and each step runs by itself, from your LinkedIn account or your mailbox.

  3. A plan for each conversation

The AI SDR follows your scenarios and your Playbook and keeps a plan per thread. A thread it should not answer alone comes to you.

Sample run of GetSales. Creator hears one sentence by voice and plans the run: AI Search finds heads of sales at UK SaaS companies, the table fills with a work email, an AI score and a first line for each person, the workflow is built and starts on a spoken yes, the AI SDR is set up and drafts a reply that waits for approval, and Signals shows each new event with what it led to or what to switch on.

Curious which one you rolled back. In our experience the shared call list goes first.

It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

Questions

About Seamless.AI
and GetSales

Anything else, ask our AI sales agent.

Talk to AI Sales
What are the best Seamless.AI alternatives?

It depends on what you use Seamless.AI for. For contact data, these names come up. ZoomInfo sells sales and marketing AI on its own B2B data. Apollo.io is one GTM system with 240M+ contacts and a parallel dialer. Lusha offers verified data and 26 buying signals, Cognism B2B data built for Europe with phone-verified mobiles, UpLead verified emails, mobile numbers and intent data, and RocketReach an email and phone finder. Amplemarket pairs data with multichannel sequences. For finding people and writing to them on LinkedIn and email from one app, there is GetSales, which has no phone finder and no dialer. Each line is from the vendor's own homepage, read on 27 October 2026.

How much does Seamless.AI cost?

Seamless.AI publishes no price: its Pricing link opens a form for a quote. Its own pages set out the shape. A free licence carries 50 credits that never refresh, Basic gives each user 250 credits a month and Pro 10,000, and bulk credits sit in one pool for the organization. A credit pays for one contact researched or one row enriched. Buyer Intent is an additional purchase, and calls need your own Twilio account. Its terms make every subscription annual, billed monthly or yearly, renewing for 12 months unless you cancel more than 60 days ahead. Read on seamless.ai on 27 October 2026. GetSales publishes its prices on the pricing page.

What do reviews say about Seamless.AI?

Two complaints repeat across many reviews. G2's own summary of its reviews, dated May 2026 and read in October, names first contact information that is out of date or wrong. On Trustpilot, reviews from July to October 2026 repeat the second: an annual contract that renewed for another year, and a cancellation that was hard to get through. Its own terms set the notice at more than 60 days, and its knowledge base asks for a form and a meeting with its Customer Success team. Read the renewal clause in its terms before you sign.

How do I cancel Seamless.AI?

Early. Its terms make every subscription annual and renew it for another 12 months unless you cancel more than 60 days before the renewal date. Its knowledge base says an owner or approved admin opens Modify My Subscription on the Billing page, submits the account modification form and meets with a Customer Success Representative to remove the automatic renewal, at least 60 days ahead. Under the same terms all sales are final, and the fees may change by notice. Read on seamless.ai on 27 October 2026. Check the renewal date on your order form and count back more than 60 days.

How do Seamless.AI credits work?

Seamless.AI runs on Universal Credits. Researching a contact costs 1 credit and brings back its emails and phone numbers together; enriching a row or an Autopilot contact costs 1, and each AI Assistant turn or AI-written message 0.2. Basic and Pro credits refresh monthly on the contract date, while a bulk pool does not refresh. An email that fails its check is credited back, but a bounce after sending returns only purchased credits, and only the email part of the charge, on mail sent through Connect, once per contact. Read in its knowledge base on 27 October 2026. In GetSales a work email found and delivered is 1 credit, and a miss is free.

Is Seamless.AI free?

Up to a point. Its free licence carries 50 Universal Credits that do not refresh, and its home page says Seamless.AI is free for up to 50 credits, and after that sends you to its sales team for a plan. Its bounce refunds do not apply to free or complimentary credits. Read on seamless.ai on 27 October 2026. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial.

Does Seamless.AI automate LinkedIn?

Its help center says no. A Seamless.AI campaign can hold LinkedIn steps, a message or a connection with a new contact, but its Connect questions say the only automated step is sending emails: a LinkedIn step comes to you as a task to do yourself. Its social selling page says it works beside the social platforms rather than replacing them, with AI to draft the messages. Read on seamless.ai on 27 October 2026. In GetSales, connection requests with a note, messages, InMail and profile visits run from your own LinkedIn account, paced within each account's limits, in one workflow with the email steps.

What is Seamless.AI?

Seamless.AI calls itself a real-time search engine for B2B sales leads: rather than keeping a stored database, it searches when you look a person up and returns their emails and phone numbers. Around that search it sells buyer intent, job changes, data enrichment, an AI Assistant for writing, Autopilot for contact research at scale, an MCP server and Connect, with email campaigns, calls through Twilio and tasks. It is sold by licence and credits, on annual subscriptions, at a price it quotes. Read on seamless.ai on 27 October 2026.

Can I move from Seamless.AI to GetSales?

Yes, as a CSV. Download your contacts from My Contacts in Seamless.AI, clean, raw or with the fields you pick, and a CSV of up to 50 MB maps onto your table's columns. A person already in any table of your workspace is not added again, and people on your stoplist are marked Stoplisted and never contacted. There is no Seamless.AI integration in GetSales: the list comes in as a file. Seamless.AI's terms, read on 27 October 2026, ask you to destroy its data once they end, so read that clause first. Then connect your LinkedIn account and your mailboxes as a sender profile, and build the workflow, or let Creator build it from one sentence.
