B2B sales platform that supplies prospect contact data and adds built-in email, calling and social outreach plus AI tools.
Read on Seamless.AI's own pages on 27 October 2026
Seamless.AI is a sales intelligence platform that finds work emails, mobile numbers and direct dials for B2B buyers. It calls itself a real-time search engine rather than a stored database: a lookup researches the person at the moment you ask. Around that search sit buying signals, CRM enrichment, AI writing tools and an engagement layer called Connect. Its pages address founders, SDRs, account executives, RevOps, marketing and recruiting, and its Connect help pages name small and mid-sized businesses as the main fit.
A rep builds a list in Prospector, with filters or one sentence in AI Search, then clicks Find to research each contact for one credit, or lets Autopilot work through a saved search in the background. Researched people land in My Contacts, where AI Fields can add a researched line to each row. They then go to the CRM or a Connect campaign, where AI Prompts can write each message. Emails send on their own from Gmail or Outlook, while calls and LinkedIn steps wait as tasks.
What sets it apart is its phone data (414M+ mobile numbers by its own count), a free Chrome extension that reads profile and company pages, Bombora-based intent topics, automatic credit back for emails that fail its check, and an MCP server with 54 tools for Claude, ChatGPT and other agents. It stops short in a few places: email is the only step that runs by itself, LinkedIn work stays manual, prices are quoted rather than published, and every subscription is annual with a 60-day notice to stop renewal.
Key features
Its main features under Seamless.AI's own names, from its own pages read on 27 October 2026.
Searches what it counts as 1.3B+ verified B2B contacts with filters, or from one plain sentence in AI Search. Find researches a contact for 1 credit and returns titles, emails and phone numbers together.
Shows companies researching your topics, from Bombora data across 10,000+ topics in 170+ categories, refreshed weekly. Each company gets a topic report with an aggregate score and a weekly trend.
Add-on: Buyer Intent and its Intent Topics are bought separatelyFilters contacts by new hire or new promotion over the past 60 to 365 days, shows each past job and time in role, and badges recent movers NEW in My Contacts for 90 days.
Premium featureCompares your CRM or an uploaded list with Seamless.AI's data, shows which fields are missing or stale, and writes enriched records back on a schedule. Each enriched row costs 1 credit.
Runs a saved search in the background and researches each new matching contact, filling a list with emails, mobiles and direct dials at 1 credit per contact.
Adds a prompt as a column in My Contacts and runs it across a list with Claude or ChatGPT. A contact without enough data to answer returns N/A and costs nothing.
Paid plans, a Labs feature switched on by requestMulti-step campaigns mixing automatic emails, manual emails, calls, LinkedIn steps and custom tasks on a schedule. Only email steps send by themselves, from any number of Gmail or Outlook inboxes.
Included free, per its Connect help pageClick-to-call and Call All through your own Twilio account, with local dialing, voicemail drops, dispositions, recordings and Do Not Call handling. Without Twilio, a call made elsewhere can still be logged by hand.
Needs your own Twilio subscriptionA free sidebar that detects people on profile and company pages, shows emails, mobile numbers and firmographics, and adds contacts to lists, the CRM or tasks without leaving the page.
FreeConnects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients through OAuth, with 54 tools from search to sending. Search is free, credits apply on enrichment, and any tool that creates or sends asks you first.

Pros and cons
From what reviewers write on review sites and forums, and from Seamless.AI's own pages, read on 27 October 2026. Each page is listed under the prices.
G2's AI summary says reviewers value how quickly it returns contact data, and a five-star Trustpilot review from 2024 describes building target lists in minutes where it once took hours.
G2's summary singles out the Chrome extension as part of a user-friendly interface. It shows emails, mobile numbers and firmographics on a profile or company page, and the extension itself is free.
G2's summary names the Salesforce integration among the strengths. Native connectors also cover HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho, Pipedrive, Keap and Insightly, plus Outreach and Salesloft, with field mapping and duplicate checks.
When its check finds an email invalid at lookup, the credit returns to the balance automatically, with no form or ticket. Phone numbers, company data and role addresses such as info@ are not covered.
Its Connect help page says Connect comes free with a Seamless.AI account: campaigns, any number of Gmail or Outlook inboxes, templates, open and click tracking and an Activity page. Calls need your own Twilio subscription.
AI Fields returns N/A and charges nothing when a contact lacks the data to answer, and the MCP server runs searches for free, charging credits only when a contact or company is enriched.
G2's AI summary lists outdated or wrong contact details among the main complaints, and several Trustpilot reviews from August to October 2026 say many researched leads had no working email or phone.
Subscriptions are annual even if billed monthly, renewing for 12 months unless changed over 60 days ahead through a form and a meeting. G2's summary and recent Trustpilot reviews complain about cancellation, missed windows and collections.
The Pricing link opens a demo form, and the terms point to that same page for each plan's service limits, which it does not show. Licences, credits and add-ons are quoted case by case.
Its Connect FAQ says email is the only step that runs by itself. LinkedIn messages and connection requests arrive as tasks for the rep, and SMS sending and attachments are not available yet.
Buyer Intent is a separate purchase whose topics lock for the subscription, job change enrichment of uploads needs a Data Enrichment licence, AI Fields needs a paid plan, and calls need your own Twilio subscription.
A bounce returns credit only for mail sent through Connect, only for the email part of the charge, only from purchased credits and once per contact, so monthly plan credits get nothing back.
Ratings read on 27 October 2026: G2 4.4 of 5 from 5,378 reviews, Trustpilot 1.2 of 5 from 313 reviews, Product Hunt 5 of 5 from 1 reviews

Thanks for connecting, Maya. Saw the two SDR roles. Most teams hire before the pipeline is ready for them. Worth comparing notes?
Jordan O.Sounds useful. Can you send a short overview?

Happy to, Maya. Here is a two-page overview of how teams your size run it with GetSales. Would 15 minutes on Thursday help?

Three things we changed in how our SDRs plan the week, and the one we rolled back after a month. Monday starts with the pipeline now, not the inbox. ...more

Curious which one you rolled back. In our experience the shared call list goes first.
Sam K.
It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

That matches what we see. Named accounts per rep usually fix it. Did you go back to territories?

Questions
Each answer from Seamless.AI's own pages, read on 27 October 2026.
Seamless.AI publishes no price: its Pricing link opens a form for a quote. Its own pages set out the shape. A free licence carries 50 credits that never refresh, Basic gives each user 250 credits a month and Pro 10,000, and bulk credits sit in one pool for the organization. A credit pays for one contact researched or one row enriched. Buyer Intent is an additional purchase, and calls need your own Twilio account. Its terms make every subscription annual, billed monthly or yearly, renewing for 12 months unless you cancel more than 60 days ahead. Read on seamless.ai on 27 October 2026. GetSales publishes its prices on the pricing page.
Two complaints repeat across many reviews. G2's own summary of its reviews, dated May 2026 and read in October, names first contact information that is out of date or wrong. On Trustpilot, reviews from July to October 2026 repeat the second: an annual contract that renewed for another year, and a cancellation that was hard to get through. Its own terms set the notice at more than 60 days, and its knowledge base asks for a form and a meeting with its Customer Success team. Read the renewal clause in its terms before you sign.
Early. Its terms make every subscription annual and renew it for another 12 months unless you cancel more than 60 days before the renewal date. Its knowledge base says an owner or approved admin opens Modify My Subscription on the Billing page, submits the account modification form and meets with a Customer Success Representative to remove the automatic renewal, at least 60 days ahead. Under the same terms all sales are final, and the fees may change by notice. Read on seamless.ai on 27 October 2026. Check the renewal date on your order form and count back more than 60 days.
Seamless.AI runs on Universal Credits. Researching a contact costs 1 credit and brings back its emails and phone numbers together; enriching a row or an Autopilot contact costs 1, and each AI Assistant turn or AI-written message 0.2. Basic and Pro credits refresh monthly on the contract date, while a bulk pool does not refresh. An email that fails its check is credited back, but a bounce after sending returns only purchased credits, and only the email part of the charge, on mail sent through Connect, once per contact. Read in its knowledge base on 27 October 2026. In GetSales a work email found and delivered is 1 credit, and a miss is free.
Up to a point. Its free licence carries 50 Universal Credits that do not refresh, and its home page says Seamless.AI is free for up to 50 credits, and after that sends you to its sales team for a plan. Its bounce refunds do not apply to free or complimentary credits. Read on seamless.ai on 27 October 2026. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial.
Its help center says no. A Seamless.AI campaign can hold LinkedIn steps, a message or a connection with a new contact, but its Connect questions say the only automated step is sending emails: a LinkedIn step comes to you as a task to do yourself. Its social selling page says it works beside the social platforms rather than replacing them, with AI to draft the messages. Read on seamless.ai on 27 October 2026. In GetSales, connection requests with a note, messages, InMail and profile visits run from your own LinkedIn account, paced within each account's limits, in one workflow with the email steps.
