Lead intelligence service that finds professionals' emails, phone numbers and social profiles, with prospect lists, sequences and an API.
Read on RocketReach's own pages on 27 October 2026
RocketReach is a lead intelligence service, founded in 2015, that finds verified work and personal emails and mobile and direct phone numbers for professionals. Its custom plans page counts 700M profiles and 60M companies in 254 countries. Its menus name sales, recruiting, marketing and healthcare teams as buyers, and it sells from one user on a monthly plan to team plans for two to five users and yearly custom contracts for teams of five or more.
Day to day, a user filters People Search by title, company, location, skills or technology, which spends nothing, then clicks Get Contact Info on the right profiles, spending a lookup only when verified data comes back. The browser extension does the same on LinkedIn profiles and company sites. Contacts gather in My Contacts with tags and notes, or arrive in bulk from a scheduled Autopilot job, then go into an email sequence sent from the user's own Gmail or Outlook, or out to a CRM.
What sets it apart is the size of its data, phone numbers from the Pro plan, healthcare data on Ultimate, and published prices that vary by country, with a monthly option. Yearly plans stop metering lookups up to a fair-use cap of 10,000 a month, but each CSV download, CSV enrichment, CRM sync, Autopilot contact, API retrieval or MCP record spends a capped export credit. Outreach stops at email: sequences go only to addresses it found, replies stay in the user's mailbox, and there are no LinkedIn steps.
Key features
Its main features under RocketReach's own names, from its own pages read on 27 October 2026.

Pros and cons
From what reviewers write on review sites and forums, and from RocketReach's own pages, read on 27 October 2026. Each page is listed under the prices.
G2's AI summary of its reviews (May 2026) names ease of use, quick and accurate contact finding and a straightforward setup as pros: apply filters, click Get Contact Info, and the email shows up.
G2's AI summary also credits how it works with LinkedIn and other sites. The free extension reveals contacts on LinkedIn profiles, Sales Navigator and Recruiter pages and most company websites without opening the app.
A lookup spends a credit only when verified contact data comes back, revealing the same person again costs nothing, and searching the database, in the app, the API or MCP, never touches credits.
Its pricing page lists every self-serve plan with prices by country, monthly billing is offered, unused monthly lookups roll over while the plan stays active, and a free account needs no credit card.
On a yearly plan, revealing contacts in the app or the extension is not metered, within a fair-use cap of 10,000 lookups a month, so a user can research freely and export only the contacts worth keeping.
Pro adds verified mobile and direct phone numbers, Ultimate adds intent data and healthcare data, and the API offers an NPI endpoint for healthcare provider details such as specialty and location.
Six of the 20 newest Trustpilot reviews (August to October 2026) describe a renewal charged without a reminder the reviewer saw, most with the refund refused. Its policy: plans auto-renew and payments are non-refundable.
G2's AI summary lists outdated contact information and occasional wrong details among its cons, and an October 2026 Trustpilot review cites records of people retired for decades. Its help center puts typical accuracy at 85% or higher.
Every CSV download, CSV enrichment, CRM sync, Autopilot contact, API retrieval and MCP record spends an export credit, capped at 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 a year on annual plans. G2 reviewers name usage limits as a con.
Essentials has no phone numbers and no Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Bullhorn or Zapier connection, so syncing to a CRM starts at Pro: $119 a month for one user billed monthly in the US.
Sequences send email only, to addresses RocketReach found, with no attachments or images. The Activity page counts replies, but the messages themselves stay in your Gmail or Outlook, and its pages show no LinkedIn steps.
Ratings read on 27 October 2026: G2 4.4 of 5 from 1,381 reviews, Trustpilot 1.2 of 5 from 1,116 reviews

Thanks for connecting, Maya. Saw the two SDR roles. Most teams hire before the pipeline is ready for them. Worth comparing notes?

Happy to, Maya. Here is a two-page overview of how teams your size run it with GetSales. Would 15 minutes on Thursday help?

Curious which one you rolled back. In our experience the shared call list goes first.
Sam K.
It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

That matches what we see. Named accounts per rep usually fix it. Did you go back to territories?

Questions
Each answer from RocketReach's own pages, read on 27 October 2026.
RocketReach prices three plans per seat. Billed monthly in the US, Essentials is $69 a month with 100 lookups and 100 exports, email only; Pro is $119 with 250 of each, phone numbers included; Ultimate is $209 with 1,000 of each. Billed annually they are $399, $899 and $1,699 a year, with unlimited lookups up to 10,000 a month and 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 exports a year. Custom team plans start at $6K a year. Prices differ by country: Canada sees $49, $99 and $209 a month. Every paid plan renews by itself, and payments are non-refundable. All read on rocketreach.co on 27 October 2026. GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits, with no fee per user. The figures are on the pricing page.
Read in October 2026, two complaints repeat. G2's own summary of its reviews, dated May 2026, lists outdated contact information among the cons, with ease of use and finding contact details fast and accurately among the pros. On Trustpilot, reviews from August to October 2026 keep describing a renewal charged without a reminder the reviewer saw, with the refund then refused. RocketReach's help center says perfect accuracy is not possible and that most users see "85% or higher", while its custom plans page claims a 90-98% deliverability rate on its verified emails. Its refund policy says every paid plan auto-renews and payments are non-refundable, so note the renewal date when you buy. RocketReach's own pages read on 27 October 2026. In GetSales, pick a verifier and each work email is checked before it lands.
Creating an account is free, and a free account gets free lookups with no credit card required, its pricing page says. Its help center adds that they come as three sets in all, the number in each varying, never as a monthly allowance, and that they return emails only. Messages lets a free account send 5 emails a day. After that you pick a paid plan, billed monthly or annually, and its help center says an annual plan is a one-year commitment with no prorated refunds. Read on rocketreach.co and its help center on 27 October 2026. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial. GetSales' prices are on the pricing page.
A lookup reveals a person's email or phone inside RocketReach; an export takes it out. Downloading a CSV, syncing to a CRM, a bulk list from Autopilot, enriching an uploaded CSV, and every record pulled through the API or MCP each spend one export credit. Annual plans call their lookups unlimited, up to a fair use cap of 10,000 a month, but exports stay capped at 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 a year, and more exports means a larger plan. On monthly plans its pricing page lists as many exports as lookups. From RocketReach's help center and pricing page, read on 27 October 2026. In GetSales the table you enrich exports to CSV, each work email with its status.
Emails, yes. Its Messages and Sequences send from your connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox, up to 500 emails a day per user and 50 by default. A sequence sends on weekdays during the recipient's daytime, and a reply or a bounce ends it for that person. They write only to addresses found in RocketReach, and RocketReach has no inbox of its own, so replies are read in your mail app. LinkedIn steps are not on its pages. Read on its help center on 27 October 2026. In GetSales, connection requests with a note, messages, InMail and profile visits run from your own LinkedIn account in one workflow with the email steps, and replies from both land in one inbox.
