What Lusha is

Lusha is a B2B contact and company database with a prospecting workspace on top, founded in 2016 and based in Boston, with engineering in Tel Aviv. It sells verified work emails and phone numbers drawn from 515M+ contacts (165M+ verified emails, 117M+ phones) and 29M+ companies, plus 26 dated buying signals, to sales, marketing, RevOps and recruiting teams. A free plan and three self-serve plans cover one user up to 25 seats, and larger teams buy Scale by quote.

A rep describes the accounts in plain language or with filters, or opens a daily list ranked against the team's ICP. Contact details stay hidden until revealed: an email costs 1 credit, a phone number 5. Contacts go to a Workspace table, the CRM or an Engage email sequence sent from the rep's own Gmail or Outlook. Replies arrive in that inbox, and a detected reply takes the person out of the sequence. The Chrome extension does the same from a LinkedIn profile or a CRM record.

What sets it apart is reach: the same records arrive through the extension, an API, native CRM apps and an MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants, all on every plan. Signals, website visits, buying groups, a waterfall over other data vendors and a call recorder draw on one credit balance. It stops at email: sequences send from one Gmail or Outlook mailbox per user, with no LinkedIn steps. Its own help center says coverage is strongest in English-speaking markets and technology.

Choose Lusha if

  • Your team calls as much as it writes: Lusha sells direct dials and mobile numbers, and GetSales has no phone finder and no dialer
  • You want contact details on the page you are on: its extension works on LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and other B2B sites
  • You want a database of 515M+ contacts with dated signals such as funding and hiring, which GetSales does not track
  • You enrich more than you send: CRM records, CSV lists and inbound leads, through its API, its MCP server or its CRM exports

Key features

What Lusha does

Its main features under Lusha's own names, from its own pages read on 27 October 2026.

  • Lusha Search

Search 515M+ contacts and 29M+ companies with 77 fields on each record. Every email carries a confidence score, every email and phone shows its last update, and searching costs nothing.

  • Lusha Workspace

Shared tables where a team builds lists from a plain-language ask or filters, imports CRM records, adds signal and enrichment columns, and saves searches that refill as new matches appear.

  • Chrome Extension

Reveals emails and phones on LinkedIn profiles, Sales Navigator lists, CRM records and company sites, then saves contacts to a table, the CRM or a sequence. Sales Navigator saves go 25 at a time.

  • Buying signals

26 dated signal types across growth, intent, events and risk, such as funding rounds, hiring surges, job changes and IT spend. Self-serve plans track 5 intent topics, Scale tracks 25.

  • AI Recommendations

A daily Home feed of up to 10,000 contacts and 10,000 companies scored against your ICP, each with a score out of 10 and the signal behind it. Identities stay hidden until revealed.

  • Buying Group

Pick an account and get its likely decision maker, champion and end users, each scored for the role. Browsing the masked group is free, and each contact revealed costs 1 credit.

  • Website Visits

A tracking pixel matches site traffic to companies, never to individual visitors, and scores each company 1 to 100 as cold, warm or hot. Each identified company costs 2 credits a month.

    Pro and up
  • Data Waterfall

When Lusha has no email or phone, the request falls through to third-party providers such as Prospeo and Wiza, in an order Lusha sets. A found email costs 2 credits, a phone 8.

    Paid plans
  • Lusha Engage

Email sequences with an AI Email Assistant, sent from the Gmail or Outlook address you sign in with, capped at 1,000 emails a day and 10 active sequences per user. Replies stay in your inbox.

    All plans
  • Lusha MCP and API

The same records reach Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients, or your own code through the API, to search, enrich and pull signals. Both come on every plan, with API limits rising from Pro.

Seats
A seat beyond those included costs $50 a month, up to 10 on Pro and 25 on Premium. One added mid-cycle is billed in full, and seats on Pro and Premium cannot be reduced.
Credits
1 for an email, 5 for a phone number, 2 and 8 through Data Waterfall, 1 per 25 rows of a CSV export. A bulk reveal charges for partial data too.
Unused credits
Monthly credits roll over up to twice the monthly limit on Pro and Premium. Yearly credits expire at the end of the year, and a cancelled plan loses every credit when it ends.
Changes
An upgrade starts a new billing cycle, and earlier credits do not roll over. A downgrade is not done in the dashboard: you cancel, move to Free and buy again, or ask support.
Renewal
Renews by itself at the then-current price, without a first-term discount. Its terms ask for cancellation at least 14 days before the period ends, and payments are "non-refundable".

Pros and cons

Where Lusha is strong, and where it falls short

From what reviewers write on review sites and forums, and from Lusha's own pages, read on 27 October 2026. Each page is listed under the prices.

Pros

  • Reveal on the page

G2's AI summary of 1,667 reviews says users often praise ease of use and how it works with LinkedIn, as 4 and 5 star Trustpilot reviews do. The extension reveals a contact without switching tabs.

  • Accurate in APAC and Middle East

G2's May 2026 summary says reviewers find contact details accurate, especially in APAC and the Middle East. Lusha itself claims 98% email and 85% US phone accuracy, with sources checked daily.

  • Prices and credit costs public

Every self-serve price, seat price and credit cost is on its own pages: 1 credit an email, 5 a phone, $50 a month an extra seat. The free plan gives 40 credits a month with no card.

  • Misses and re-views cost nothing

Searching, re-viewing a revealed contact and an unmatched CSV row are free, Data Waterfall and signal columns charge only on a result, and a CRM export bills only changed rows. API calls cost at least 1 credit.

  • API and MCP on every plan

Even the free plan includes the API, the MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT, and native exports to Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Zoho and Bullhorn. Pro and up raise the API rate limits.

Cons

  • Stale North American records

G2's May 2026 summary says reviewers report outdated or wrong North American contact details, and even 4 and 5 star Trustpilot reviews mention wrong numbers. Credits are spent at the reveal either way.

  • Billing and support complaints

Trustpilot scores it 1.2 over 782 reviews, 57% one star, citing credits lost after cancelling, renewal charges and slow support, which G2's summary also flags. Many come from non-customers whose personal numbers reached callers.

  • Credits that expire

Yearly plans load credits upfront and forfeit what is left at the end, even on renewal. Free and Starter never roll over, a cancelled plan loses its balance when it ends, and an upgrade resets it.

  • Seats and downgrades are rigid

Seats on Pro and Premium cannot be reduced, a seat added mid-cycle bills in full, and a downgrade goes through support or a cancel. Cancelling takes 14 days' notice before the term ends, and payments are non-refundable.

  • Outreach stops at one mailbox

Engage sends email only, from the single Gmail or Outlook address you sign in to Lusha with, and custom SMTP is not supported. Replies land in that inbox, and there are no LinkedIn steps.

  • Phone numbers drain credits

A phone number costs 5 credits, or 8 through Data Waterfall, so Starter's 400 monthly credits cover 80 phones. Its help center adds that credit costs can change between pricing versions.

Ratings read on 27 October 2026: G2 4.3 of 5 from 1,667 reviews, Trustpilot 1.2 of 5 from 782 reviews, Product Hunt 3.5 of 5 from 4 reviews

GetSales in action

Describe who you sell to, and GetSales finds the people and their work emails, writes the first lines and sends the steps from your own LinkedIn and email accounts.

Sample run of GetSales. Creator hears one sentence by voice and plans the run: AI Search finds heads of sales at UK SaaS companies, the table fills with a work email, an AI score and a first line for each person, the workflow is built and starts on a spoken yes, the AI SDR is set up and drafts a reply that waits for approval, and Signals shows each new event with what it led to or what to switch on.

Questions

About Lusha

Each answer from Lusha's own pages, read on 27 October 2026.

How much does Lusha cost?

Lusha has a free plan with 40 credits a month and three self-serve plans. Billed monthly, Starter is $50 a month for 400 credits and 1 seat, Pro $70 for 600 credits and 2 seats, and Premium $400 for 3,400 credits and 5 seats. A slider adds credits on Pro and Premium, up to $978 for 10,000 on Premium, and paying yearly saves 25%. Scale is by quote. An email costs 1 credit, a phone number 5 and an extra seat $50 a month. Read on Lusha's own pages on 27 October 2026. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial. GetSales' prices are on the pricing page.

What happens to unused Lusha credits?

It depends on the plan. On monthly Pro and Premium, unused credits roll over up to twice the monthly limit; on Free and Starter they do not carry over. Yearly credits come upfront and expire at the end of the year, even if you renew. A cancelled plan loses every remaining credit when it ends, and an upgrade starts a new billing cycle in which earlier credits do not roll over. Its terms add that payments are non-refundable and that a used credit is not refunded for the quality of a record. All read on Lusha's own pages on 27 October 2026. Several Trustpilot reviews from March to August 2026 say unused credits they had paid for were taken away.

Is Lusha's data accurate?

Reviews split. G2's own summary of its reviews, dated May 2026 and read in October, names accurate contact details among what reviewers like, and contact details that are outdated or wrong among what they dislike. Lusha's help center, read on 27 October 2026, says no provider has 100% coverage, that its coverage is stronger in English-speaking markets and technology, and that each email shows a confidence score. Credits are spent at the reveal, and a refund for wrong data needs a manual review. In GetSales, an address the verifier you pick rejects costs nothing, and the next finder runs.

Does Lusha send emails or LinkedIn messages?

Email, yes. Engage sends email sequences from the Gmail or Outlook address you sign in to Lusha with: custom SMTP is not supported, and each user has up to 10 active sequences and 1,000 emails a day. Replies arrive in your own inbox, not in Lusha, and a reply takes that person out of the sequence. LinkedIn, no: its extension reveals contact data on LinkedIn pages, and a reply on LinkedIn has to be marked by hand. Read on Lusha's help center on 27 October 2026. In GetSales, connection requests with a note, messages, InMail and profile visits run from your own LinkedIn account in one workflow with the email steps, and the replies from both land in one inbox.

Can an agency use Lusha data for its clients?

Read its terms first. Lusha's Terms and Conditions, in the version of September 2026, say data obtained with credits is for the customer's "own use only". They treat disclosing it to a third party, or using it for a third party's benefit or on its behalf, as a breach, with liquidated damages of $2 per record for each third party. Each seat is tied to one person and cannot be shared. An agency that prospects for its clients should ask Lusha in writing whether its plan allows that before it buys.
