Why teams switch

The people, the steps
and the replies

  1. From one sentence to the table

AI Search finds the people from one sentence, typed or said, and the ones who fit go straight from the table into the workflow. Nothing to export between tools.

  2. A path for each person

Accepted, they get a LinkedIn message. Not accepted after five days, an email to the work address the table found, from the sender profile's mailbox. A reply on either channel pauses their steps by default.

  3. Where each person stands

The table shows each person's stage, the step they are on and how the AI SDR labelled their reply, on the same row as their work email.

Sample run of GetSales. Creator hears one sentence by voice and plans the run: AI Search finds heads of sales at UK SaaS companies, the table fills with a work email, an AI score and a first line for each person, the workflow is built and starts on a spoken yes, the AI SDR is set up and drafts a reply that waits for approval, and Signals shows each new event with what it led to or what to switch on.

Curious which one you rolled back. In our experience the shared call list goes first.

It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

Pricing

What Expandi
costs in 2026

Expandi publishes one price, for its Business plan, per seat, and each seat holds one LinkedIn account at a time. Agency, for 10 seats and up, is priced on a sales call. Its own figures and terms:

GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits, billed monthly, with no per-user fees. The figures are on our pricing page.

See GetSales pricing

From Expandi's pricing page, help center and terms

Business
$99 a month per seat on monthly billing. Billed annually and paid upfront, $79 a month, 20% less.
Seats
One seat holds one LinkedIn account at a time. A seat you disconnect is billed until you remove it.
Agency
10 seats and up, with white label, roles and client reports. No price on the page: "Talk To Sales".
Add-ons
Image and GIF personalization at an additional cost. Video through Sendspark, a paid add-on.
AI
A daily allowance of AI campaign messages and AI replies per LinkedIn account, English only. Per-lead AI messages stop at a token limit you check with support, and the campaign pauses.
Limits
15 active campaigns at a time and 500 in all per account, though its pricing page lists unlimited campaigns. 5,000 leads per campaign.
Changes
An added seat is billed pro rata for the rest of the cycle. Fewer seats take effect at the next billing date.
Cancel
At the end of the billing cycle. A cancelled subscription cannot be reactivated: you start a new one.
Refunds
Unless the law requires one, fees are "nonrefundable". The subscription renews by itself until cancelled, and an expiring discount ends with no reminder.
Trial
7 days with every feature, on the first subscription of an account only. Seats added during the trial are charged when it ends.

Questions

About Expandi
and GetSales

Anything else, ask our AI sales agent.

Talk to AI Sales
What are the best Expandi alternatives?

It depends on why you are leaving. On Trustpilot, read in October 2026, two complaints come back in reviews from 2024 to 2026: a charge after a trial or a cancellation, with the refund refused, and bugs that stall or pause campaigns; many more reviews there praise its onboarding and support. Waalaxy and Dripify pair LinkedIn with email, HeyReach runs many LinkedIn senders for one fixed cost, lemlist adds calls, WhatsApp and SMS, and La Growth Machine and Skylead run multichannel sequences with data enrichment, each from its own homepage, read on 27 October 2026. GetSales finds the people and their work emails, runs the LinkedIn and email steps in one flow and drafts each answer, sent on its own or held for your OK as each scenario sets.

How much does Expandi cost?

Expandi's Business plan is $99 a month per seat on monthly billing, or $79 a month billed annually and paid upfront, and one seat holds one LinkedIn account at a time. A seat stays billed until you remove it, even with no account connected, and seats added during the 7-day trial are charged when it ends. Agency, for 10 seats and up with white label, is priced on a sales call. Image and GIF personalization cost extra, and video runs through Sendspark, a paid add-on. Its terms make fees nonrefundable unless the law requires otherwise. Read on its site and in its help center on 27 October 2026. GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits on our pricing page, billed monthly, with no per-user fees. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial.

What is Expandi?

Expandi calls itself a LinkedIn automation tool, for sales teams, lead generation agencies and recruiters. It runs connection requests, messages, InMail, profile visits, likes, endorsements and event invites in sequences with if-then conditions, adds email steps from your own mailbox, and puts the LinkedIn conversations of every account in one inbox. It has native HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce integrations, webhooks, a white label on its Agency plan and an MCP in private beta for Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants. It is priced per seat, one LinkedIn account on each. Read on its site and in its help center on 27 October 2026.

How does Expandi compare with Waalaxy?

Both are built around LinkedIn outreach with email beside it, and they differ on price and on where email sits. Waalaxy's pricing page prices three plans, Pro, Advanced and Business, per user a month, billed monthly, quarterly or yearly, with cold email sequences on Business only, its LinkedIn Inbox as a paid add-on and a 14-day free trial. Expandi has one published plan, $99 a month per seat or $79 a month billed annually, with email steps in its sequences and a 7-day trial. Both read on their own sites on 27 October 2026.

How does Expandi compare with HeyReach?

Both run LinkedIn outreach across many accounts, and they differ on email and on price. HeyReach sends email through Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison and, on monthly billing, prices Growth at $79 a month per sender and Agency at $999 a month for 25 senders. Expandi sends its email steps from your own mailbox inside its sequences and charges $99 a month per seat on monthly billing, with Agency priced on a sales call. Expandi's inbox shows campaign emails beside the LinkedIn messages, view only. Both read on their own sites on 27 October 2026. More on HeyReach on its own page.

How does Expandi compare with Dripify?

Both run LinkedIn and email sequences and price each LinkedIn account. Dripify's pricing page lists Pro at $79 and Advanced at $99 per user a month on monthly billing, or $59 and $79 billed annually, with 100 email finder credits a month, team management on Advanced and a 7-day trial with no card. Expandi is $99 a month per seat, or $79 a month billed annually, and its email step reaches addresses that are public on LinkedIn or in your CSV. Both read on their own sites on 27 October 2026.

Can I answer emails in Expandi's inbox?

No. Its help center says emails in the inbox are view only: you reply from your own mailbox, and the reply shows in Expandi at its next check. It shows an email only for a lead already in Expandi, from the mailbox used for that lead, without attachments, and the box under a conversation sends LinkedIn and Sales Navigator messages only. Its AI writes up to 20 replies a day per LinkedIn account, in English. Read in its help center on 27 October 2026. In GetSales, LinkedIn and email replies from every sender profile land in Unibox, and you answer both from there.

Can I change a running Expandi campaign?

In part. Expandi's help center says that once a builder campaign has been activated, its flow can no longer be changed: steps cannot be added, removed or reordered, while delays and message copy still can. It also caps an account at 15 active campaigns at a time and 5,000 leads per campaign. Read in its help center on 27 October 2026. In GetSales you edit a draft beside the live version, adding or removing steps, and publish it while the workflow runs. People who enter from then on take the new version, and the people already inside finish the one they started.

Can I move from Expandi to GetSales?

Yes, by setting the outreach up again in GetSales: there is no Expandi integration, and campaigns are not copied over. Expandi's help center, read on 27 October 2026, says a cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle, so the seats you paid for keep working while you move. Bring your leads as a CSV, or from a LinkedIn search or Sales Navigator. A person already in any table of your workspace is not added again. Connect your LinkedIn account and your mailboxes as a sender profile, then build the workflow, or let Creator build it from one sentence.

Moving over

Bring each LinkedIn account over.

Each LinkedIn account and its mailboxes become one sender profile, in one flow.
