Why teams switch

From one sentence
to each person

  1. Built from one sentence

Creator builds the list and the campaign from one sentence, typed or said, and waits for your yes before it starts.

  2. From the table to the steps

The ones who fit go straight from the table into the workflow. Nothing to export between tools.

  3. A path for each person

Accepted, they get a LinkedIn message. Not accepted after five days, an email from the sender's mailbox. A reply on either channel pauses their steps by default.

Sample run of GetSales. Creator hears one sentence by voice and plans the run: AI Search finds heads of sales at UK SaaS companies, the table fills with a work email, an AI score and a first line for each person, the workflow is built and starts on a spoken yes, the AI SDR is set up and drafts a reply that waits for approval, and Signals shows each new event with what it led to or what to switch on.

See GetSales pricing

From HeyReach's pricing page and help center

Growth
$79 a month per sender, $59 a sender from 10 senders. "100 enrichment credits per sender", once: "a one-time credit allocation".
Agency
$999 a month for 25 senders, $1,399 for 50, from one pool shared across client workspaces. "1,000 enrichment credits", once, and "Whitelabel included".
Unlimited
$2,999 a month. "The plan is capped at 300 senders". "3,000 enrichment credits", once. More brands at $500 per add-on.
Proxies
Growth gives each sender a proxy. On Agency and Unlimited you "bring your own proxies", or ask for a custom option.
Done for you
Custom: "Request pricing".
Users
"HeyReach charges only per LinkedIn senders, not per users": teammates and clients are free.
Changes
Fewer senders or a lower plan take effect at the next billing cycle, and a period already started is generally not refunded.
Trial
14 days with no card and 3 LinkedIn accounts, which its FAQ ties to a "Starter" plan its table no longer lists, and a 30-day trial on request for the higher plans.

About HeyReach

Talk to AI Sales
What are the best HeyReach alternatives?

It depends on why you are leaving. For LinkedIn and email from one tool, these names come up. lemlist covers outbound across email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and SMS, with a contact database and an email finder. Waalaxy is LinkedIn outreach with email follow-ups and an email finder. Expandi does LinkedIn outreach with email from any provider, one inbox and white label. Dripify runs LinkedIn and email campaigns, with an email finder and a dedicated inbox. Salesforge pairs cold email and LinkedIn with its own email infrastructure and an AI SDR. For email at volume, Instantly and Smartlead, two of the email tools HeyReach itself connects to. And GetSales, which finds the people and their work emails, runs the LinkedIn and email steps in one flow, and drafts the answers to replies, sent on their own or held for your OK as each scenario sets. Each description is from the vendor's own site, read on 21 October 2026.

How much does HeyReach cost?

On its pricing page, Growth is $79 a month per sender, or $59 a sender from 10 senders, with a one-time allocation of 100 enrichment credits per sender. Agency is a flat $999 a month for 25 senders, or $1,399 for 50, with 1,000 credits once and white label. Unlimited is $2,999 a month, capped at 300 senders, with 3,000 credits once. Done for you is priced on request. Quarterly billing takes 10% off and yearly billing 20%. Its pricing questions add that Agency and Unlimited need proxies of your own, with a custom option on request, and its help center says fewer senders or a lower plan take effect at the next billing cycle. HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender, not per user, so teammates and clients cost nothing. All read on heyreach.io and help.heyreach.io on 26 October 2026. GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits, each on its own. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial. The figures are on our pricing page.

What is HeyReach?

HeyReach is a LinkedIn outreach tool for agencies, sales teams and GTM experts, in its own words. It runs connection requests, messages, voice notes and profile views across many LinkedIn accounts, rotating sending between them, with InMail for senders who hold Sales Navigator, and prices them per sender or by a flat monthly fee. Email runs through its integrations with Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison. It has a LinkedIn inbox with three auto-tags, a workspace per client and white label for agencies, an API, webhooks, a CLI and a free MCP. Read on heyreach.io and help.heyreach.io on 26 October 2026.

How does HeyReach compare with Dripify?

Both are built around LinkedIn outreach, and they differ on email and on how many senders a plan covers. Dripify's homepage describes automated LinkedIn and email campaigns, an email finder for verified business emails, a dedicated inbox and team management, with a 7-day free trial and no credit card required. HeyReach sends email through Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, and puts many LinkedIn senders on one flat fee on its Agency and Unlimited plans. Both read on their own sites, dripify.com and heyreach.io, on 21 October 2026.

How does HeyReach compare with lemlist, Waalaxy and Expandi?

Each pairs LinkedIn with email in its own way. lemlist reaches leads by email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and SMS, with a contact database of its own. Waalaxy pairs LinkedIn outreach with email follow-ups and an email finder. Expandi runs LinkedIn outreach with email from any provider you connect, one inbox for replies and white label for agencies. HeyReach keeps LinkedIn in the product and email in Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison. Each from the vendor's own homepage, read on 21 October 2026.

Does HeyReach send email?

Through other tools. Its sequence has Add to Instantly, Add to Smartlead and Add to EmailBison steps, each handing the lead to a campaign that must already exist in that tool, and its help center says the Instantly and Smartlead steps are not available under its white label. Its inbox lists LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter messages. It finds verified emails with a Find Email step, on enrichment credits that come once with each plan, with top-ups after that. Read on help.heyreach.io on 26 October 2026. In GetSales the email steps sit in the same flow as the LinkedIn steps and send from the sender profile's own mailboxes, so a person who does not accept a connection request can get an email instead, the replies from both channels land in one inbox, and a reply pauses their steps by default.

Can I change a running HeyReach campaign?

In part. HeyReach's help center says the delays, the message copy, the connection note and the reaction type of a launched campaign can be edited, and the campaign must be resumed for new copy to apply. Steps cannot be added or removed: "the only workaround is to duplicate the campaign". A voice note step cannot be added to a campaign that has gone live, even after a pause. Both from help.heyreach.io, updated 16 and 14 September 2026, read on 26 October 2026. In GetSales you edit a draft beside the live version, adding or removing steps, and publish it while the workflow runs. People who enter from then on take the new version, and the people already inside finish the one they started.

Does HeyReach label or answer replies?

It labels them in part. Its Auto-Tag gives a lead one of three tags, Interested, Not Interested or Generic, 15 minutes after the first reply to a campaign message. Later replies in the same conversation do not change it, a conversation started outside a campaign is not tagged, and a tag cannot be edited by hand (help.heyreach.io, updated 13 August 2026, read on 26 October 2026). Drafting the answers runs through its MCP, in your own Claude or ChatGPT. In GetSales the AI SDR gives each new reply one of 15 labels, plus one of your own scenarios when it fits, with how sure it is and why, and the label picks its plan. It drafts each answer, and each scenario sets whether it sends on its own or waits for your OK.

Can I move from HeyReach to GetSales?

Yes, by setting the outreach up again in GetSales: there is no HeyReach integration, and campaigns are not copied over. Bring your leads as a CSV, or from a LinkedIn search or Sales Navigator. A person already in any table of your workspace is not added again. Connect your LinkedIn account and your mailboxes as a sender profile, then build the workflow, or let Creator build it from one sentence.
