LinkedIn outreach automation that runs campaigns and message sequences across several LinkedIn accounts from one dashboard, for agencies and sales teams.
Read on HeyReach's own pages on 26 October 2026
HeyReach is a web app for running LinkedIn outreach from many LinkedIn accounts at once. It was built in 2023 with lead generation agencies in mind and is also sold to sales and growth teams. It charges per connected LinkedIn account, which it calls a sender, or one flat monthly fee for a pool of them, and teammates, assistants and clients join at no charge. The company is registered in Estonia and prices in US dollars.
Day to day, a team imports leads from a Sales Navigator search or saved list, a LinkedIn search, the people who reacted to a post, a CSV, or a tool such as Clay or RB2B. It builds a sequence that branches on whether each lead is already connected, mixes profile views, connection requests, messages, voice notes and InMail, and spreads the leads across several senders. Replies from every sender land in the Unibox, where anyone on the team can answer and tag them.
What sets it apart is the pricing and the setup for agencies: one fee for a shared pool of 25, 50 or up to 300 senders, a workspace per client, white label, and a long integration list with an API, webhooks, a free MCP server and a CLI. Where it stops: email is sent and answered in other tools, replies get three automatic tags but no built-in drafting, and a launched campaign's steps cannot be added or removed.
Key features
Its main features under HeyReach's own names, from its own pages read on 26 October 2026.
Attach as many LinkedIn accounts as you like to one campaign and HeyReach spreads its leads across them, keeping each sender inside its own daily limits, shared across all its campaigns.
Branch each lead on If Connected or Open profile checks, then mix profile views, follows, connection requests with a note, messages with A/B variants, and InMail for Sales Navigator senders.
All plansPull leads from a Sales Navigator search or saved list, a LinkedIn search, the people who reacted to a post, a CSV file, or tools such as Clay, RB2B and HubSpot.
Every sender's LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter conversations in one list, filtered by sender, campaign or tag, with canned replies, voice notes, and answers sent from a teammate's account without logging in.
All plansFifteen minutes after a lead's first reply to a campaign message or InMail, it is tagged Interested, Not Interested or Generic, and the tag feeds filters, CSV exports, the API and webhooks.
Clone a sender's voice from a 20 to 30 second sample, or pick a library voice, then send one recorded clip to everyone or turn text with variables into a personal clip per lead.
All plans, in betaA campaign step that looks up a verified email for each lead at 1 credit per email found, ready for an email tool or your CRM. A lead's email field runs the same lookup.
One-time credits on every plan, then paid bundlesAdd to Instantly, Add to Smartlead and Add to EmailBison steps pass a lead to a campaign set up in that email tool, for example when a connection request goes unaccepted.
All plansA workspace per client keeps its senders, leads and campaigns apart, Master View joins their stats and inboxes on one screen, and white label puts your domain, branding and colors on the app.
Workspaces on all plans, Master View and white label from Agency upA free MCP server per workspace lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n or Clay split lists, write messages, launch campaigns and pull replies, and the CLI scripts campaigns from a terminal.

Pros and cons
From what reviewers write on review sites and forums, and from HeyReach's own pages, read on 26 October 2026. Each page is listed under the prices.
Agency costs $999 a month for 25 LinkedIn senders and the top plan $2,999 for up to 300, against $79 per sender on Growth. Trustpilot reviewers call the pricing flat, affordable and cost-effective across many accounts.
Only LinkedIn senders are billed: teammates, assistants and clients join any workspace at no charge, so a client can follow its own campaigns without adding to the bill.
Trustpilot reviewers, an agency among them, credit sender rotation with letting them grow outreach across several LinkedIn accounts while each account stays inside LinkedIn's limits.
Reviewers praise handling every sender's replies from the Unibox, and the help center confirms anyone can answer from a teammate's account, with filters by sender, campaign and tag.
Trustpilot reviewers single out the Clay integration, and the integrations page lists 31 tools, from HubSpot and Attio to n8n, Make and Zapier, plus an API and webhooks.
Trustpilot reviewers say campaigns are easy to set up and follow‑ups simple to sequence, and the If Connected branch lets one campaign treat existing connections and new leads differently.
Its email steps hand each lead to a campaign set up in Instantly, Smartlead or EmailBison, the Unibox is built for LinkedIn threads, and white-label accounts lose the Instantly and Smartlead steps.
Once a campaign runs, steps cannot be added or removed, so the help center's only fix is duplicating it, and a voice note step can never join a campaign that has gone live.
Auto-Tag reads only a lead's first reply in a campaign, offers three tags and cannot be corrected by hand. The help center shows no built-in reply drafting beyond canned messages or an AI assistant wired in through the MCP.
Trustpilot reviews from December 2024 to January 2026 report waits of one to three days for an answer and some unanswered tickets, while other reviewers praise fast replies.
A started billing period is generally not refunded, and dropping senders counts only from the next cycle. On Trustpilot, one reviewer hit the no-refund rule and filed a chargeback, and another was billed for four senders after asking for two.
Low-rated Trustpilot reviews from 2023 to 2026 describe LinkedIn accounts that took several tries to connect, campaigns slow to start, a sequence lost before saving, and MCP figures that differ from the dashboard.
Ratings read on 26 October 2026: Trustpilot 4.1 of 5 from 52 reviews, Product Hunt 5 of 5 from 2 reviews

Thanks for connecting, Maya. Saw the two SDR roles. Most teams hire before the pipeline is ready for them. Worth comparing notes?

Three things we changed in how our SDRs plan the week, and the one we rolled back after a month. Monday starts with the pipeline now, not the inbox. ...more

Curious which one you rolled back. In our experience the shared call list goes first.
Sam K.
It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

That matches what we see. Named accounts per rep usually fix it. Did you go back to territories?

Questions
Each answer from HeyReach's own pages, read on 26 October 2026.
On its pricing page, Growth is $79 a month per sender, or $59 a sender from 10 senders, with a one-time allocation of 100 enrichment credits per sender. Agency is a flat $999 a month for 25 senders, or $1,399 for 50, with 1,000 credits once and white label. Unlimited is $2,999 a month, capped at 300 senders, with 3,000 credits once. Done for you is priced on request. Quarterly billing takes 10% off and yearly billing 20%. Its pricing questions add that Agency and Unlimited need proxies of your own, with a custom option on request, and its help center says fewer senders or a lower plan take effect at the next billing cycle. HeyReach charges per LinkedIn sender, not per user, so teammates and clients cost nothing. All read on heyreach.io and help.heyreach.io on 26 October 2026. HeyReach is a LinkedIn outreach tool for agencies, sales teams and GTM experts, in its own words. It runs connection requests, messages, voice notes and profile views across many LinkedIn accounts, rotating sending between them, with InMail for senders who hold Sales Navigator, and prices them per sender or by a flat monthly fee. Email runs through its integrations with Instantly, Smartlead and EmailBison. It has a LinkedIn inbox with three auto-tags, a workspace per client and white label for agencies, an API, webhooks, a CLI and a free MCP. Read on heyreach.io and help.heyreach.io on 26 October 2026.
Through other tools. Its sequence has Add to Instantly, Add to Smartlead and Add to EmailBison steps, each handing the lead to a campaign that must already exist in that tool, and its help center says the Instantly and Smartlead steps are not available under its white label. Its inbox lists LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter messages. It finds verified emails with a Find Email step, on enrichment credits that come once with each plan, with top-ups after that. Read on help.heyreach.io on 26 October 2026. In GetSales the email steps sit in the same flow as the LinkedIn steps and send from the sender profile's own mailboxes, so a person who does not accept a connection request can get an email instead, the replies from both channels land in one inbox, and a reply pauses their steps by default.
In part. HeyReach's help center says the delays, the message copy, the connection note and the reaction type of a launched campaign can be edited, and the campaign must be resumed for new copy to apply. Steps cannot be added or removed: "the only workaround is to duplicate the campaign". A voice note step cannot be added to a campaign that has gone live, even after a pause. Both from help.heyreach.io, updated 16 and 14 September 2026, read on 26 October 2026. In GetSales you edit a draft beside the live version, adding or removing steps, and publish it while the workflow runs. People who enter from then on take the new version, and the people already inside finish the one they started.
It labels them in part. Its Auto-Tag gives a lead one of three tags, Interested, Not Interested or Generic, 15 minutes after the first reply to a campaign message. Later replies in the same conversation do not change it, a conversation started outside a campaign is not tagged, and a tag cannot be edited by hand (help.heyreach.io, updated 13 August 2026, read on 26 October 2026). Drafting the answers runs through its MCP, in your own Claude or ChatGPT. In GetSales the AI SDR gives each new reply one of 15 labels, plus one of your own scenarios when it fits, with how sure it is and why, and the label picks its plan. It drafts each answer, and each scenario sets whether it sends on its own or waits for your OK.
