Instantly pricing and alternatives

For teams that send cold email and also work LinkedIn: both channels in one flow, every reply in one inbox and each answer drafted, sent on its own or held for their OK as each scenario sets.

Pricing

What Instantly
costs in 2026

Instantly publishes its prices. Sending and credits are two subscriptions, bought apart or as a bundle, with the CRM, inbox tests and mailboxes billed on top, and each workspace pays for its own. Its own figures, billed monthly first:

GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits, billed monthly, with no per-user fees. The figures are on our pricing page.

From Instantly's own pages, 27 October 2026, rounded up to the dollar

Model
Separate subscriptions, each billed and cancelled on its own: Outreach, Credits, CRM, Inbox Placement, and the mailboxes and domains you buy. Each workspace pays for its own.
Outreach
Growth $47 a month: 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts. Hyper Growth $97: 125,000 and 25,000. Light Speed $358: 500,000 and 100,000. Enterprise custom. Billed yearly, $38, $78 and $287 a month.
Contacts
The uploaded contacts limit is a fixed total across all campaigns, "not a monthly allowance", and a lead you put in two campaigns counts twice. More means a higher plan, an $87 add-on from Hyper Growth, or deleting leads.
Credits
For Lead Finder, enrichment, verification and the AI agents: Nano $9 a month for 150, Growth $47 for 1,500, Supersonic $97 for 5,000, Hyper Credits from $197 for 10,000. Unused ones expire 2 months after purchase on monthly plans.
What spends them
A work email about 1.5 credits, charged only when found; a verification 0.25; each reply the AI Reply Agent writes 5, sent or not; a resolved website visitor 3.
Bundles
Outreach and Credits together: Starter $94, Scale $194 and Agency $555 a month, or $85, $175 and $500 billed yearly.
Add-ons
CRM $47 or $97 a month, Inbox Placement $47 or $97.
Warm-up pool
The standard pool takes up to 100, 500 or 1,000 SMTP accounts by plan. Past that, every account in the workspace, Google and Outlook too, moves to the weaker Basic pool. A premium pool from $500 a month per workspace.
Mailboxes
A domain $15 a year, a Google account $5 a month or $10 pre-warmed, an AirMail account $4 a month.
Hyper Growth and up
Replying in Unibox, more workspaces, subsequences, custom labels, webhooks, the agency portal and Autopilot replies start there. Teammates need it or a CRM plan.
Trial
14 days with no card: 2 email accounts, 250 leads, 1,000 emails and 100 credits.
Term
Paid in advance, monthly or yearly, and renewed at its then-current price. Cancel to keep access to the end of the period. Its terms make "all fees" non-refundable, and unused credits are lost when you cancel.

Which one fits

GetSales or Instantly,
in plain terms

Choose GetSales if

  • Yes: You want LinkedIn steps in the same workflow as your emails, not handed to a second tool
  • Yes: You want LinkedIn and email replies in one inbox, answered from the app
  • Yes: You want each reply, LinkedIn or email, labelled and its answer drafted by the AI SDR, sent on its own or held for your OK as each scenario sets
  • Yes: You want teammates on one subscription from the start, each with a sender profile of their own, with no per-user fees

Stay with Instantly if

  • Yes: You send cold email at volume and want any number of mailboxes for one flat fee
  • Yes: You want warm-up for every mailbox, and pre-warmed accounts and domains to buy in the same app
  • Yes: Your team calls and texts as well: its CRM add-on does both, and GetSales has no phone finder and no dialer
  • Yes: You want strangers on your site named: its pixel resolves US visitors to people

Why teams switch

Two channels,
one path per person

  1. A path for each person

Visit the profile, send the connection request, wait up to five days. Those who accept get a LinkedIn message, the rest an email from the same sender profile's mailbox. A reply on either channel pauses their steps by default.

  2. One row per person

The table shows each person's stage, the step they are on and how the AI SDR labelled their reply, on the same row as their work email.

  3. A plan for each conversation

The AI SDR follows your scenarios and your Playbook and keeps a plan per thread. A thread it should not answer alone, such as a price question, comes to you.

Sample run of GetSales. Creator hears one sentence by voice and plans the run: AI Search finds heads of sales at UK SaaS companies, the table fills with a work email, an AI score and a first line for each person, the workflow is built and starts on a spoken yes, the AI SDR is set up and drafts a reply that waits for approval, and Signals shows each new event with what it led to or what to switch on.

It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

About Instantly
and GetSales

Anything else, ask our AI sales agent.

Talk to AI Sales
What are the best Instantly alternatives?

It depends on why you are leaving. For cold email at volume, Smartlead is closest, with any number of mailboxes, built-in warm-up and mailboxes set up for you. Reply.io and lemlist add LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp to email, each with a contact database of its own. Saleshandy, Woodpecker and Salesforge pair email with LinkedIn, and Apollo.io sells B2B data with email and calls. GetSales runs the LinkedIn and email steps in one flow from your own accounts and puts the replies from both in one inbox, where the AI SDR drafts each answer, sent on its own or held for your OK as each scenario sets. It has no phone finder and no dialer. Each line is from the vendor's own site, read on 27 October 2026.

How much does Instantly cost?

Sending and credits are separate subscriptions. Outreach is $47, $97 or $358 a month billed monthly, for 5,000, 125,000 or 500,000 emails and 1,000, 25,000 or 100,000 uploaded contacts, about 20% less billed yearly. Credits for Lead Finder and the AI agents start at $9 a month for 150, then $47 for 1,500, and unused ones expire 2 months after purchase on monthly plans. Bundles of both are $94, $194 and $555 a month. The CRM, inbox tests and bought mailboxes are billed on top, and each workspace pays for its own. Read on instantly.ai and its help center on 27 October 2026. GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits, billed monthly, with no per-user fees, on our pricing page.

Is Instantly worth it?

For cold email at volume it is a strong pick: any number of mailboxes with warm-up on every paid plan, a 450M+ B2B lead database and AI agents that find leads and answer replies. The catches are on its own pages. Replying in Unibox and custom labels start on Hyper Growth, teammates need it or a CRM plan, each product and each workspace is its own subscription, and its terms make all fees non-refundable. All read on instantly.ai and its help center on 27 October 2026. On Trustpilot, reviews from August to October 2026 come back again and again to charges after cancelling, refunds refused and support that answers by bot. For teams that also work LinkedIn, GetSales puts both channels in one flow and one inbox.

How does Instantly compare with Reply.io?

Instantly is built around cold email at volume: any number of mailboxes with warm-up, a 450M+ lead database on its credits plans, a Unibox for email replies and AI agents that write and answer. LinkedIn runs through other tools in its automations, such as Aimfox or HeyReach, and calls and texts through its CRM add-on. Reply.io's own documentation describes sequences that mix email, LinkedIn, call, SMS, WhatsApp and task steps, its Reply Data database, an inbox with AI reply categories, MailToaster warm-up and Jason AI, an AI SDR that builds and runs campaigns. Read on instantly.ai, help.instantly.ai and how.reply.io on 27 October 2026.

How does Instantly compare with Smartlead?

Both sell cold email at volume, with any number of mailboxes, warm-up built in and mailboxes you can buy already set up. Instantly has a 450M+ lead database and AI agents on a separate credits subscription, a CRM add-on with calls and texts, and Copilot, which builds a campaign from a chat. Smartlead's homepage names dedicated sending infrastructure, a reward-based warm-up pool, SmartProspect, which earns a verified lead for every three emails you send (its pricing page makes those leads a $59 a month add-on below Unlimited Smart), AI agents and AI calls in the same tool. Read on instantly.ai and smartlead.ai on 27 October 2026.

Does Instantly do LinkedIn outreach?

Through other tools. Its Outreach page lists email, LinkedIn and webhook sequences, and its help center shows how: the campaign editor builds email steps, and LinkedIn comes in through its Automation Builder, where an action hands a lead to a campaign in Aimfox, Expandi, HeyReach or Valley or to an audience in La Growth Machine, or sends a LinkedIn message through Aimfox or La Growth Machine. A lead needs a LinkedIn URL to reach Aimfox, HeyReach or Valley. Its CRM handles LinkedIn connections beside emails, calls, texts and tasks. Read on instantly.ai and help.instantly.ai on 27 October 2026. In GetSales the connection request with a note, the message, InMail and the profile visit run from your own LinkedIn account in the same workflow as the emails, paced within each account's limits, and a person who does not accept can get an email instead.

Does Instantly have a free trial?

Yes, 14 days with no card. The trial connects up to 2 email accounts, takes up to 250 leads and sends up to 1,000 emails, with 100 credits for Lead Finder. When it ends, the dashboard closes, accounts, warm-up and campaigns pause, and a trial that was not upgraded is deleted. Its CRM has a 14-day trial of its own. Read on help.instantly.ai on 27 October 2026. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial.

What happens when I cancel Instantly?

Each subscription is cancelled on its own: Outreach and Credits in Billing, the CRM and Inbox Placement beside their plans, extra Outreach or Credits add-ons through support, and bought mailboxes and domains in their own tab. With several running, Outreach and Credits last to the end of the cycle while the CRM and Inbox Placement end at once, and there is no pause. Its terms make all fees non-refundable, and unused credits are lost when you stop. On Trustpilot, reviews from August to October 2026 often describe a charge after cancelling, some of them for a second subscription, such as the CRM, that was still running. Read on instantly.ai and its help center on 27 October 2026.

Can I move from Instantly to GetSales?

Yes, by setting the outreach up again in GetSales: there is no Instantly integration, and campaigns are not copied over. Download your leads from Instantly as a CSV and bring the file into a table. A person already in your tables is not added again, and people on your stoplist are marked and never contacted. Connect your LinkedIn account and your mailboxes, on Google, Microsoft or IMAP and SMTP, as a sender profile, then build the workflow, or let Creator build it from one sentence.
