Why teams switch
The people AI Search finds land in a table, each work email is found there and checked by the verifier you pick, and the ones who fit go straight into a workflow. Nothing to export between tools.
Accepted, they get a LinkedIn message. Not accepted after five days, an email from the sender's mailbox. A reply on either channel pauses their steps by default.
The table shows each person's stage, the step they are on and how the AI SDR labelled their reply, on the same row as their work email.
What are we working on?
Say who you sell to, or ask for anything in the app: a list, the work emails, a workflow, the replies waiting for you.

Thanks for connecting, Maya. Saw the two SDR roles. Most teams hire before the pipeline is ready for them. Worth comparing notes?
Jordan O.Sounds useful. Can you send a short overview?

Happy to, Maya. Here is a two-page overview of how teams your size run it with GetSales. Would 15 minutes on Thursday help?

Three things we changed in how our SDRs plan the week, and the one we rolled back after a month. Monday starts with the pipeline now, not the inbox. ...more

Curious which one you rolled back. In our experience the shared call list goes first.
Sam K.
It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

That matches what we see. Named accounts per rep usually fix it. Did you go back to territories?

Each part works on the same people, so a person found by the search is the row the workflow sends to and the thread the AI SDR answers.
The rest of the market
If you are leaving RocketReach for one reason, one of these may fit it better. Each line is what the vendor's own homepage says, read on 27 October 2026.

It depends on why you are leaving. For contact data, these names come up. Apollo.io calls itself one connected GTM system, with 240M+ contacts and a dialer. ZoomInfo is an AI GTM platform on 500M+ contacts. Lusha sells verified B2B data with 26 buying signals. Hunter finds and verifies work emails and sends cold emails. ContactOut finds emails and phones for 350M professionals. UpLead sells real-time verified emails and mobile numbers, and Cognism B2B data built for Europe. For writing to the people you find on LinkedIn and email from one app, there is GetSales, which has no phone finder and no dialer. Each description is from the vendor's own homepage, read on 27 October 2026.
RocketReach prices three plans per seat. Billed monthly in the US, Essentials is $69 a month with 100 lookups and 100 exports, email only; Pro is $119 with 250 of each, phone numbers included; Ultimate is $209 with 1,000 of each. Billed annually they are $399, $899 and $1,699 a year, with unlimited lookups up to 10,000 a month and 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 exports a year. Custom team plans start at $6K a year. Prices differ by country: Canada sees $49, $99 and $209 a month. Every paid plan renews by itself, and payments are non-refundable. All read on rocketreach.co on 27 October 2026. GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits, with no fee per user. The figures are on the pricing page.
Read in October 2026, two complaints repeat. G2's own summary of its reviews, dated May 2026, lists outdated contact information among the cons, with ease of use and finding contact details fast and accurately among the pros. On Trustpilot, reviews from August to October 2026 keep describing a renewal charged without a reminder the reviewer saw, with the refund then refused. RocketReach's help center says perfect accuracy is not possible and that most users see "85% or higher", while its custom plans page claims a 90-98% deliverability rate on its verified emails. Its refund policy says every paid plan auto-renews and payments are non-refundable, so note the renewal date when you buy. RocketReach's own pages read on 27 October 2026. In GetSales, pick a verifier and each work email is checked before it lands.
Creating an account is free, and a free account gets free lookups with no credit card required, its pricing page says. Its help center adds that they come as three sets in all, the number in each varying, never as a monthly allowance, and that they return emails only. Messages lets a free account send 5 emails a day. After that you pick a paid plan, billed monthly or annually, and its help center says an annual plan is a one-year commitment with no prorated refunds. Read on rocketreach.co and its help center on 27 October 2026. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial. GetSales' prices are on the pricing page.
A lookup reveals a person's email or phone inside RocketReach; an export takes it out. Downloading a CSV, syncing to a CRM, a bulk list from Autopilot, enriching an uploaded CSV, and every record pulled through the API or MCP each spend one export credit. Annual plans call their lookups unlimited, up to a fair use cap of 10,000 a month, but exports stay capped at 1,200, 3,600 or 20,000 a year, and more exports means a larger plan. On monthly plans its pricing page lists as many exports as lookups. From RocketReach's help center and pricing page, read on 27 October 2026. In GetSales the table you enrich exports to CSV, each work email with its status.
Emails, yes. Its Messages and Sequences send from your connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox, up to 500 emails a day per user and 50 by default. A sequence sends on weekdays during the recipient's daytime, and a reply or a bounce ends it for that person. They write only to addresses found in RocketReach, and RocketReach has no inbox of its own, so replies are read in your mail app. LinkedIn steps are not on its pages. Read on its help center on 27 October 2026. In GetSales, connection requests with a note, messages, InMail and profile visits run from your own LinkedIn account in one workflow with the email steps, and replies from both land in one inbox.
Both sell B2B contact data, and the plainest difference is the price. RocketReach lists its plans and prices on its pricing page, from $69 a seat a month billed monthly in the US, and a free account comes with free lookups to try it. ZoomInfo publishes no figure for its platform: its pricing page asks you to get pricing, set by the number of licenses and credit usage, and each export costs one credit, while its home page says it does not charge by fixed seat tiers and calls ZoomInfo Lite "a permanent free plan". Each counts its own data: RocketReach 700M profiles and 60M companies on its custom plans page, ZoomInfo "500M+ contacts and 100M+ companies" on its home page. All read on rocketreach.co and zoominfo.com on 27 October 2026. More on ZoomInfo on its own page.
All three sell B2B contact data, each counted its own way. RocketReach is a phone and email finder, in its own page title, over 700M profiles, with email sequences. Lusha offers verified data on 515M+ contacts with 26 types of buying signal, in its own workspace, Claude, ChatGPT, its API and MCP. Apollo.io calls itself one connected GTM system, with 240M+ contacts, sequences and a parallel dialer, and keeps a free plan that stays free with no time limit. Each read on its own site on 27 October 2026. More on Apollo.io on its own page.
Yes, as a CSV. Download your contacts from RocketReach before your plan ends: each contact downloaded spends one export credit, and once a plan ends, My Contacts and your lists are locked until you pay again (its help center, read on 27 October 2026). In GetSales a CSV of up to 50 MB maps onto your table's columns. A person already in any table of your workspace is not added again, and people on your stoplist are marked Stoplisted and never contacted. GetSales does not connect to RocketReach itself: the list comes in as a CSV, or by webhook.
