Why teams switch
Each person AI Search finds lands with how it ended: imported to your table, a duplicate, stoplisted or disqualified.
A Find work email column looks for each person's address, and you pay only for one delivered.
LinkedIn and email steps in one flow. The AI SDR reads each reply and drafts the answer, and each scenario sets whether it sends on its own or waits for your OK.
What are we working on?
Say who you sell to, or ask for anything in the app: a list, the work emails, a workflow, the replies waiting for you.

Thanks for connecting, Maya. Saw the two SDR roles. Most teams hire before the pipeline is ready for them. Worth comparing notes?
Jordan O.Sounds useful. Can you send a short overview?

Happy to, Maya. Here is a two-page overview of how teams your size run it with GetSales. Would 15 minutes on Thursday help?

Three things we changed in how our SDRs plan the week, and the one we rolled back after a month. Monday starts with the pipeline now, not the inbox. ...more

Curious which one you rolled back. In our experience the shared call list goes first.
Sam K.
It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

That matches what we see. Named accounts per rep usually fix it. Did you go back to territories?

Pricing

The rest of the market
If you are leaving ZoomInfo for one reason, one of these may fit it better. Each line is what the vendor's own homepage says, read on 26 October 2026.
| Tool | Best for | Channels |
|---|---|---|
| Apollo.io | One connected GTM system: 240M+ contacts, outreach and a dialer | Email, calls |
| Cognism | B2B data built for Europe, with phone-verified mobiles | Email and phone data |
| Lusha | Verified B2B data and buying signals, for teams and AI agents | Email and phone data |
| Seamless.AI | Verified contacts and direct dials, with built-in emailing and an AI dialer | Email, calls, social |
| RocketReach | An email and phone finder, with social profiles | Email and phone data |
| UpLead | Real-time verified emails, mobile numbers and intent data | Email and phone data |
It depends on what you use ZoomInfo for. For contact data, these names come up. Apollo.io calls itself one connected GTM system, with 240M+ contacts, outreach and a dialer. Cognism sells B2B data built for Europe, with phone-verified mobiles. Lusha offers verified B2B data and 26 types of buying signal, for teams and AI agents. Seamless.AI finds verified contacts, direct dials and emails, with built-in emailing and an AI dialer. RocketReach is an email and phone finder, in its own page title. UpLead sells real-time verified emails, mobile numbers and intent data. For finding people when you ask and writing to them on LinkedIn and email from one app, there is GetSales, which sells no database and has no phone finder and no dialer. Each description is from the vendor's own homepage, read on 26 October 2026.
ZoomInfo publishes no price for its platform: its pricing page asks you to get a quote, and its own pages differ on what sets it. Its home page says it is "Free to start with consumption credits based on usage" and that "ZoomInfo doesn't charge by fixed seat tiers: teams pay for the credits they use". Its pricing page names "Features and functionality", "Number of licenses" and "Credit usage", and its pricing FAQ calls the model seat-based, with the number of users setting the cost. Its blog says paid plans are annual subscriptions, "billed annually, not monthly", with a minimum number of seats, and that renewal pricing can increase from the first contract's rate. Its licence terms say the agreement "is not cancellable". All read on ZoomInfo's own pages on 27 October 2026. G2's own summary of its reviews, dated May 2026, names high pricing among the cons, and on Trustpilot, in reviews from August to October 2026, several describe a contract they could not cancel or one that renewed, so read the notice clause in your order form. GetSales publishes its prices on the pricing page.
Both. Its home page calls ZoomInfo Lite "a permanent free plan", with no credit card and no commitment, and offers a free trial of the full platform. ZoomInfo "typically offers a 7-day free trial" for new users, with no credit card, and says the length and terms may vary. Its blog puts Lite at 10 credits a month, or 25 with Community Edition; Lite's own FAQ names no figure. Lite needs a business email, it is not open to current or past subscribers of ZoomInfo's premium services, and its credits do not roll over. Read on ZoomInfo's own pages on 27 October 2026. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial. GetSales' prices are on the pricing page.
ZoomInfo calls itself "an all-in-one AI GTM Platform" for B2B sales, marketing, RevOps and customer success teams, and sells a Talent product for recruiting too. At its core is a database with "verified data on 500M+ contacts and 100M+ companies", with intent data, a dialer, Copilot, its AI sales agent, and GTM Workspace on top. Its home page says teams pay for the credits they use, not by fixed seat tiers, while its pricing page sets a quoted price by licences, credits and features, with a credit spent on each export.
Both sell a B2B contact database with outreach and a dialer. The plainest difference is the price. Apollo.io lists its plans and prices on its pricing page, with a free plan that "stays free with no time limit". ZoomInfo quotes the price of its platform and spends one credit on each profile exported, and its home page calls ZoomInfo Lite "a permanent free plan". Each counts its own data on its home page: Apollo "240M+ contacts", ZoomInfo "500M+ contacts". On unused credits, Apollo's pricing page says they "do not roll over if unused", and ZoomInfo's blog tells buyers to ask. All read on apollo.io and zoominfo.com on 27 October 2026.
Not on the pages we read. ZoomInfo's outreach is email and calls: email drafting and sequencing in Copilot, workflows for automated outreach on Copilot Advanced, a dialer, and multi-touch engagement through its partnership with Salesloft, where its Sales automation menu points. LinkedIn appears on its pricing page as an advertising channel on ABM Lite. In GetSales, connection requests with a note, messages, InMail and profile visits run from your own LinkedIn account, in one flow with the email steps.
Yes, as a CSV. Export the list from ZoomInfo, where each exported profile costs one of its credits, and a CSV of up to 50 MB maps onto your table's columns. A person already in any table of your workspace is not added again, and people on your stoplist are marked Stoplisted and never contacted. There is no ZoomInfo integration in GetSales: the list comes in as a file. ZoomInfo's licence terms let you keep using records obtained during your term, under those terms, and ask you to check its list of people who asked to be removed at least once a month.
No. GetSales sells no database to browse. AI Search runs a search when you ask, from a sentence typed or said, and each person it finds ends with a status: imported into your table, a duplicate already in one of your tables and not added again, stoplisted and never contacted, or turned away by Check on save. A Find work email column then looks for each person's work address, finder after finder, and spends a credit only on an address delivered. A database ages: G2's own summary of ZoomInfo's reviews, dated May 2026, names outdated or incorrect contact information among the cons, which ZoomInfo answers on its pricing page by updating an exported record for 365 days at no extra cost.
