Go-to-market platform built on a B2B contact and company database, adding intent signals, AI agents and workflow tools for revenue teams.
Read on ZoomInfo's own pages on 27 October 2026
ZoomInfo is a go-to-market platform built on a B2B database the vendor puts at 500M+ contacts and 100M+ companies, with 120M+ direct dials and 200M+ verified business emails checked by 300+ researchers. It sells to sales, marketing, RevOps and customer success teams, chiefly at companies with 100+ employees by its own account, and to recruiters and developers building AI agents. Founded in 2007 as DiscoverOrg, it trades on Nasdaq as GTM.
A rep's day often starts in GTM Workspace or Copilot, where accounts are ranked by signals such as intent, job changes, funding and website visits. The rep opens an AI brief, picks the buying group, exports contacts at one credit per profile and drafts an email with AI. Email goes out through Gmail, Outlook, Outreach or Salesloft and calls through the built-in dialer, with activity synced back to the CRM. Replies land in the rep's own mailbox or sequencing tool: its pages show no shared reply inbox.
What sets it apart is the depth of its data, phone numbers in particular, and how many products share the same records: intent, website visitor identification, chat, Chorus call analysis, ad audiences and talent search. Where it stops: app plans are quoted and billed yearly under terms its licence calls not cancellable, reviewers flag outdated records, and its pages show no LinkedIn steps. Lite and ZoomInfo's AWS Marketplace listings are the ways to see a price first.
Key features
Its main features under ZoomInfo's own names, from its own pages read on 27 October 2026.
Search 500M+ contacts and 100M+ companies with quick or advanced filters, then export business emails, direct dials and mobile numbers from the web app, ReachOut Chrome extension or mobile app.
Professional and up, a small monthly allowance on LiteAn AI assistant for sellers that ranks accounts by live buyer signals, writes openers from company news, intent and org changes, and flags prospects who re-engage or go quiet.
Copilot Advanced and Copilot EnterpriseA seller workspace on top of Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics: Pulse Feed surfaces up to 1,000 signals a day, AI Chat builds account briefs, and AI Docs drafts emails and meeting prep.
A canvas for RevOps and marketers to build audiences in plain language and run pre-built or custom plays across email, calls, ads and direct mail, with waterfall enrichment from 25+ vendors included.
Groups of AI agents that run a whole play, such as a champion's job move or a renewal at risk, from trigger to drafted outreach within your guardrails, logging each step to the CRM.
GTM Studio, on AI creditsIntent signals and clusters show which accounts are researching your topics. Streaming Intent adds real-time tracking, priced on the keywords and the number of accounts you follow.
Copilot Advanced and up, Streaming Intent as an add-onNames the companies visiting your website so reps can act on the visit. The free Lite plan includes WebSights Lite, capped at 10 visitor reveals a day.
Copilot Advanced and the Marketing plans, WebSights Lite on LiteProfessional adds AI-written, personalized emails and a dialer with AI insights. Copilot Advanced exports emails to Outreach or Salesloft, and GTM Workspace sends through Gmail or Outlook.
Professional and upConversation intelligence that records and transcribes calls and meetings, captures emails, flags winning rep behaviors for coaching, and syncs contacts and activity to the CRM for deal tracking.

Pros and cons
From what reviewers write on review sites and forums, and from ZoomInfo's own pages, read on 27 October 2026. Each page is listed under the prices.
G2's May 2026 summary puts accurate contact details first among what users praise. The vendor counts 120M+ direct dials and 200M+ verified business emails, checked by 300+ researchers.
G2's summary credits CRM integration and time saved in the sales process. GTM Workspace syncs both ways with Salesforce, HubSpot and Dynamics and keeps each user's CRM field permissions.
G2's summary lists ease of use among what users mention most. GTM Workspace opens with My Accounts and My Opportunities views filled from the CRM after sign-in, with no setup, per its FAQ.
Records Under Management charges a contact or company once, then lets you re-pull or re-enrich it free for up to 12 months, per ZoomInfo's GTM Studio and pricing pages.
GTM Studio fills missing emails and mobile numbers from 25+ outside vendors at no extra cost, returning the highest-confidence value with its source, so no second data contract is needed.
ZoomInfo Lite is free with 10 credits a month, 25 with Community Edition, so a team can test the data before a quote.
G2's summary lists outdated or incorrect contact details among the main complaints. Trustpilot reviews from September and October 2026 report mostly undeliverable emails and data unreliable for the reviewer's industry.
Its licence terms call an agreement not cancellable, with exits for an uncured breach, a missed uptime or accuracy guarantee, or mutual consent. Its blog warns of auto-renewal notice periods and renewal price rises, and Trustpilot reviewers report refused cancellations.
Every app plan on its pricing page ends in a quote, and G2's summary names high pricing as a con. On AWS Marketplace ZoomInfo lists its Sales package at $34,995 a year, with no refunds.
Its blog lists Streaming Intent, sequences and dialer (Engage), data outside North America, extra users and API access as add-ons. Pre-packaged CRM integrations typically carry a base cost and a minimum bulk credit purchase.
Slow loading and difficulty with the user interface sit among the repeated complaints in G2's May 2026 summary, next to data accuracy and price.
Trustpilot reviews from August to October 2026 report no onboarding or training after signing and slow support, though llms.txt promises a 90-day onboarding program. ZoomInfo had not replied to its negative reviews there.
Ratings read on 27 October 2026: G2 4.5 of 5 from 9,116 reviews, Trustpilot 1.6 of 5 from 340 reviews, Product Hunt 4.8 of 5 from 4 reviews

Thanks for connecting, Maya. Saw the two SDR roles. Most teams hire before the pipeline is ready for them. Worth comparing notes?
Jordan O.Sounds useful. Can you send a short overview?

Happy to, Maya. Here is a two-page overview of how teams your size run it with GetSales. Would 15 minutes on Thursday help?

Curious which one you rolled back. In our experience the shared call list goes first.
Sam K.
It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

That matches what we see. Named accounts per rep usually fix it. Did you go back to territories?

Questions
Each answer from ZoomInfo's own pages, read on 27 October 2026.
ZoomInfo publishes no price for its platform: its pricing page asks you to get a quote, and its own pages differ on what sets it. Its home page says it is "Free to start with consumption credits based on usage" and that "ZoomInfo doesn't charge by fixed seat tiers: teams pay for the credits they use". Its pricing page names "Features and functionality", "Number of licenses" and "Credit usage", and its pricing FAQ calls the model seat-based, with the number of users setting the cost. Its blog says paid plans are annual subscriptions, "billed annually, not monthly", with a minimum number of seats, and that renewal pricing can increase from the first contract's rate. Its licence terms say the agreement "is not cancellable". All read on ZoomInfo's own pages on 27 October 2026. G2's own summary of its reviews, dated May 2026, names high pricing among the cons, and on Trustpilot, in reviews from August to October 2026, several describe a contract they could not cancel or one that renewed, so read the notice clause in your order form. GetSales publishes its prices on the pricing page.
Both. Its home page calls ZoomInfo Lite "a permanent free plan", with no credit card and no commitment, and offers a free trial of the full platform. ZoomInfo "typically offers a 7-day free trial" for new users, with no credit card, and says the length and terms may vary. Its blog puts Lite at 10 credits a month, or 25 with Community Edition; Lite's own FAQ names no figure. Lite needs a business email, it is not open to current or past subscribers of ZoomInfo's premium services, and its credits do not roll over. Read on ZoomInfo's own pages on 27 October 2026. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial. GetSales' prices are on the pricing page.
ZoomInfo calls itself "an all-in-one AI GTM Platform" for B2B sales, marketing, RevOps and customer success teams, and sells a Talent product for recruiting too. At its core is a database with "verified data on 500M+ contacts and 100M+ companies", with intent data, a dialer, Copilot, its AI sales agent, and GTM Workspace on top. Its home page says teams pay for the credits they use, not by fixed seat tiers, while its pricing page sets a quoted price by licences, credits and features, with a credit spent on each export.
Not on the pages we read. ZoomInfo's outreach is email and calls: email drafting and sequencing in Copilot, workflows for automated outreach on Copilot Advanced, a dialer, and multi-touch engagement through its partnership with Salesloft, where its Sales automation menu points. LinkedIn appears on its pricing page as an advertising channel on ABM Lite. In GetSales, connection requests with a note, messages, InMail and profile visits run from your own LinkedIn account, in one flow with the email steps.
