Why teams switch
Accepted, they get a LinkedIn message. Not accepted after five days, an email from the sender's mailbox. A reply on either channel pauses their steps by default.
The table shows each person's stage, the step they are on and how the AI SDR labelled their reply, on the same row as their work email.
The AI SDR follows your scenarios and your Playbook and keeps a plan per thread. A thread it should not answer alone comes to you.

Thanks for connecting, Maya. Saw the two SDR roles. Most teams hire before the pipeline is ready for them. Worth comparing notes?
Jordan O.Sounds useful. Can you send a short overview?

Happy to, Maya. Here is a two-page overview of how teams your size run it with GetSales. Would 15 minutes on Thursday help?

Three things we changed in how our SDRs plan the week, and the one we rolled back after a month. Monday starts with the pipeline now, not the inbox. ...more

Curious which one you rolled back. In our experience the shared call list goes first.
Sam K.
It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

That matches what we see. Named accounts per rep usually fix it. Did you go back to territories?

Pricing
Waalaxy publishes its prices: three plans priced per seat, where a seat is one LinkedIn account, billed monthly or yearly, a year paid upfront. It prices by country: these are its US dollar figures, from the price list its site loads for a US visitor:
GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits, each on its own, billed monthly, with no per-user fees. The figures are on our pricing page.

The rest of the market
If you are leaving Waalaxy for one reason, one of these may fit it better. Each line is what the vendor's own homepage says, read on 27 October 2026.
| Tool | Best for | Channels |
|---|---|---|
| lemlist | Outbound from one workflow, with a lead database and an email and phone finder | Email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp, SMS |
| Expandi | LinkedIn and email campaigns, with one inbox for replies and white label | LinkedIn, email |
| HeyReach | LinkedIn outreach across many senders for one fixed cost, for agencies and sales teams | LinkedIn, email through other tools |
| La Growth Machine | LinkedIn, email and calls in one sequence, with one inbox synced to your CRM | LinkedIn, email, calls |
| Dripify | LinkedIn and email campaigns, with an email finder and a dedicated inbox | LinkedIn, email |
| PhantomBuster | Leads and signals from live data on 15+ platforms, with pre-built workflows | LinkedIn, data from 15+ platforms |
It depends on why you are leaving. lemlist runs outbound by email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and SMS, with a lead database of its own. Expandi runs LinkedIn and email campaigns, with one inbox and white label. HeyReach puts many LinkedIn senders on one fixed cost. La Growth Machine sequences LinkedIn, email and calls, with a shared inbox. Dripify runs LinkedIn and email campaigns, with an email finder and a dedicated inbox, and PhantomBuster pulls leads and signals from live data on 15+ platforms. And GetSales finds the people and their work emails, runs LinkedIn and email in one workflow and drafts the answers to replies, sent on their own or held for your OK as each scenario sets. Each description is from the vendor's own homepage, read on 27 October 2026.
Waalaxy prices per seat, and one seat is one LinkedIn account. For a US buyer it prices Pro at $19, Advanced at $39 and Business, the only plan that sends email, at $69 per user a month billed monthly, or $16, $32 and $55 a month billed yearly, about 20% off, paid upfront in one payment. Its pricing page first prints the euro list to every visitor, and the price differs by country. The LinkedIn Inbox is an add-on at $22 a month before tax, and Enterprise, from 5 seats, has no price on the page. Read on waalaxy.com and its help center on 27 October 2026. GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits, billed monthly, with no per-user fees, on our pricing page.
They start from different channels. lemlist's homepage describes outbound across email, LinkedIn, calls, WhatsApp and SMS from one workflow, with a lead database of its own, an email and phone number finder and a unified inbox. Waalaxy starts from LinkedIn: visits, follows, connection requests and messages on every paid plan, email sequences on Business only, an email finder on monthly credits and a LinkedIn inbox as a paid add-on. Both read on lemlist.com and waalaxy.com on 27 October 2026. GetSales runs the LinkedIn and email steps in one workflow from your own accounts, with the replies from both in one inbox, and has no phone finder and no dialer.
Both are built around LinkedIn outreach with email, and they differ on the email, the inbox and agencies. Expandi's homepage says you connect any email provider, manage replies in one Global Smart Inbox with labels, tags and notes, and offer it to clients under white label, with a 7-day free trial. Waalaxy sends email on its Business plan only, sells its LinkedIn Inbox as an add-on, and its agencies page says it offers no white label. Both read on expandi.io and waalaxy.com on 27 October 2026. In GetSales the email steps run in the same workflow as the LinkedIn steps, and the replies from both channels land in one inbox.
Both, with conditions. Each paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial. Its help center says the card trial needs a credit card and turns into a paid plan at the end unless you cancel, and that no reminder is sent before the first charge. Freemium is free but runs no automation: you can only import prospects from a CSV file, and no campaign can be launched on it. Read on waalaxy.com and its help center on 27 October 2026. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial.
On its Business plan. Its help center says email sending is only available on Business, from the email accounts you connect, in sequences of up to five emails. A prospect without an email address cannot be added to an email campaign, and the subject line takes no variables. Its email finder gives 25 credits a month per seat on Pro and Advanced and 500 on Business, and unused credits do not roll over. Read on its help center on 27 October 2026. In GetSales the email steps sit in the same workflow as the LinkedIn steps and send from the sender profile's own mailboxes.
In part. Its help center says every campaign uses one of its ready sequences: an action cannot be added to or removed from one, a sequence cannot be built from scratch, and a sequence in use cannot gain or lose a step. Delays can be edited in a running campaign, taking up to 3 hours, and an edited message reaches only the people who have not had it yet. Read on its help center on 27 October 2026. In GetSales you edit a draft beside the live version, adding or removing steps, and publish it while the workflow runs: people who enter from then on take the new version.
For one person starting LinkedIn outreach, it can be: it starts from ready sequences, and G2's own summary of its reviews, dated May 2026 and read in October, puts a user-friendly interface and an easy setup first. Among the cons, the same summary names the tool's high cost. Its help center, read on 27 October 2026, adds that a sequence in use cannot gain or lose a step. Email needs Business and the inbox is an add-on, so a team that writes on both channels pays for Business on each LinkedIn account. The stack comparison on this page prices the tools such a team needs against one GetSales plan.
Yes, by setting the outreach up again in GetSales: there is no Waalaxy integration, and campaigns are not copied over. Export your prospect lists from Waalaxy as a CSV, which its pricing page lists on every paid plan (read on 27 October 2026). In GetSales a CSV of up to 50 MB maps onto your table's columns. A person already in any table of your workspace is not added again, and people on your stoplist are marked Stoplisted and never contacted. Connect your LinkedIn account and your mailboxes as a sender profile, then build the workflow, or let Creator build it from one sentence.
