Outbound platform for cold email and LinkedIn sequences, with companion tools for mailbox infrastructure, warm-up, lead search and an AI SDR.
Read on Salesforge's own pages on 27 October 2026
Salesforge is an outbound platform that runs cold email and LinkedIn steps in one sequence and gathers the replies from both channels in one inbox, Primebox. It sits at the center of what the vendor calls the Forge stack: Leadsforge for lead search, Mailforge, Infraforge and Primeforge for domains and mailboxes, Warmforge for warm-up and Agent Frank, an AI SDR. Its pages pitch it at agencies, sales teams and growth teams, from a solopreneur on Pro to an agency running many client workspaces.
A team brings contacts in from a CSV, a Google Sheet, Leadsforge, a CRM or the Chrome extension on a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, and checks the addresses on validation credits. It builds a sequence that mixes emails with LinkedIn profile views, connection requests, messages and InMail, branching on conditions. Mailboxes warm up in Warmforge and sending rotates across them. Replies land in Primebox, tagged positive, neutral or negative, where a person answers, approves an AI draft in Co‑pilot or lets Auto‑pilot carry on.
What sets it apart is flat plan pricing metered by activity rather than per user: Growth carries any number of users, mailboxes and workspaces and up to 500 LinkedIn senders a workspace under its terms, and warm-up and Primebox come with every plan. Where it stops: every email, LinkedIn action, AI message and validation spends a monthly credit, mailboxes, domains and lead data are bought apart, CRM sync and the API start on Growth, and the vendor issues no refunds.
Key features
Its main features under Salesforge's own names, from its own pages read on 27 October 2026.
One drag-and-drop builder mixes email steps with LinkedIn profile views, follows, connection requests, messages and InMail, splits the flow on conditions and hands contacts to subsequences that Primebox labels trigger.
Pro with 1 LinkedIn sender, Growth with up to 500 a workspaceOne inbox for email and LinkedIn replies from every connected account, including replies sent from another address, with sentiment tags, custom labels, reminders, saved templates, mobile apps and a Primebox Only role for reps.
Every planEach multichannel sequence picks Reply as human, Co‑pilot, where AI drafts wait for approval in Primebox, or Auto‑pilot. The AI writes from your knowledge base and skips bounces, out-of-office notes and negative replies.
AI writes each contact's opening email from one source, such as their LinkedIn profile or website, for 1 personalization credit, or from every source in Overdrive mode for 2, in more than 20 languages.
Every plan, multi-language sequences on GrowthEvery connected Google, Microsoft or Forge mailbox warms up in a pool of aged accounts, gets a live Heat Score from 0 to 100 and one free inbox placement test per mailbox a month.
Every planSending rotates across your mailboxes and IPs by itself, one mailbox can be paused when its Heat Score drops while the campaign runs on, and ESP Matching pairs Gmail with Gmail and Outlook with Outlook.
Rotation on every plan, ESP Matching on GrowthValidation credits check each contact before it joins a sequence and sort addresses into statuses such as catch-all, role account or invalid. Only fully verified ones are picked by default, and unfinished checks return credits.
Every planOn a LinkedIn People Search or Sales Navigator results page, it selects contacts one by one or the whole page, enriches them and pushes them into a Salesforge workflow, page after page.
Connects Claude, Cursor and other AI assistants to create contacts, build LinkedIn and email sequences, manage mailboxes and pull campaign stats by prompt, with webhooks and a public API beside it.
GrowthAn AI SDR that finds prospects in a 500M+ contact search engine, writes on email, LinkedIn or both from your knowledge base, follows up and books meetings, in Auto‑pilot or Co‑pilot.

Pros and cons
From what reviewers write on review sites and forums, and from Salesforge's own pages, read on 27 October 2026. Each page is listed under the prices.
G2's AI summary of its reviews, dated May 2026, says reviewers scale cold email without spam worries while messages stay tailored, and March 2026 Trustpilot reviewers call deliverability solid and consistent.
G2's summary credits an easy first setup. On Trustpilot, a March 2026 reviewer found the workflows flexible with almost no setup friction, and a two-year user finds campaign setup straightforward and AI personalization a time saver on larger lists.
Growth at $96 a month billed monthly carries any number of users, mailboxes and workspaces and up to 500 LinkedIn senders a workspace. Trustpilot reviewers in July and October 2026 cite the workspaces and the many LinkedIn profiles.
Warmforge warm-up with a Heat Score and a free placement test per mailbox each month, plus Primebox across email and LinkedIn, come with every plan rather than as paid extras or a second subscription.
On Growth, the HubSpot integration pulls and pushes contacts, logs email and LinkedIn activity and opens a deal when a reply gets a chosen Primebox label. G2's summary also notes the HubSpot link.
Even in Auto‑pilot the AI skips bounces, out-of-office notes and negative replies, and Co‑pilot keeps a person approving each draft in Primebox before it is sent.
G2's summary reports campaigns stopping without notice and the tool often not working. The help center lists what pauses a sequence: email or personalization credits at zero, every mailbox on it disconnected, or a missed payment.
G2's summary calls the interface cluttered and overwhelming once several campaigns run, and a two-year Trustpilot reviewer who likes the product says it took a while to get used to and some areas feel unfinished.
Cancelling goes through live chat at least 7 days before the term ends, and the help center rules out refunds for unused time, credits or renewed terms. Trustpilot reviewers in June and July 2026 describe renewal charges and cancellation friction.
Trustpilot reviewers from April to September 2026 describe support that answers but leaves problems open for days: a HubSpot sync bug, and mailboxes and domains from the Forge infrastructure products, though others praise the support.
Each email, each LinkedIn action including InMail, each AI message and each validation draws on a monthly allowance, a Primebox AI draft takes 3 credits, and Pro cannot top up without moving to Growth.
Domains and mailboxes (Mailforge, Infraforge, Primeforge), lead data (Leadsforge from $49 a month) and Agent Frank are each a separate subscription, and CRM integrations and the API need Growth.
Ratings read on 27 October 2026: G2 4.6 of 5 from 146 reviews, Trustpilot 3.4 of 5 from 29 reviews

Thanks for connecting, Maya. Saw the two SDR roles. Most teams hire before the pipeline is ready for them. Worth comparing notes?
Jordan O.Sounds useful. Can you send a short overview?

Happy to, Maya. Here is a two-page overview of how teams your size run it with GetSales. Would 15 minutes on Thursday help?

Three things we changed in how our SDRs plan the week, and the one we rolled back after a month. Monday starts with the pipeline now, not the inbox. ...more

Curious which one you rolled back. In our experience the shared call list goes first.
Sam K.
It was the shared call list. Nobody owned an account after week two.

That matches what we see. Named accounts per rep usually fix it. Did you go back to territories?

Questions
Each answer from Salesforge's own pages, read on 27 October 2026.
Billed monthly, Pro costs $48 a month and Growth $96. Billed annually, they are $40 and $80, two months free. Pro has 1 user and 1 LinkedIn sender. Growth has unlimited users, LinkedIn senders up to 500 a workspace under its terms, 10,000 active contacts at a time, and 50,000 emails and 1,000 credits each for validation, AI and LinkedIn actions a month, with more bought in the app. Agent Frank, its AI SDR, is $599 a month billed quarterly, after a demo. Leadsforge, Mailforge and the other Forge products are each a subscription of their own. Prices exclude VAT. Read on salesforge.ai and its help center on 27 October 2026. GetSales prices LinkedIn accounts, email capacity and data credits, each on its own: the figures are on our pricing page.
Salesforge meters five things. Active contacts cap how many people are in sequences at once and free up as they leave. Each email spends an email credit, and each LinkedIn action, a visit, a request, a like or a message, a social action credit. Personalization credits pay for AI: 1 per email, LinkedIn message or reply it writes, 3 per Primebox draft. Validation credits check 1 contact each. All but active contacts reset on the billing date, and sequences pause when email credits run out. From help.salesforge.ai, read on 27 October 2026. In GetSales, LinkedIn and email steps spend no credits: your plan's LinkedIn accounts and email capacity cover the sending.
Yes, 14 days. Its pricing questions list what the trial holds: 50 contacts, 100 emails, 50 validation and 50 personalization credits and 100 social actions, with warm-up and unlimited mailboxes, and its terms allow one LinkedIn profile during the trial. Agent Frank starts with a demo instead. Read on salesforge.ai on 27 October 2026. Sign up free: Playtables stay free with your own API keys, and LinkedIn and email come with a 7-day trial.
G2's own summary of its reviews, dated May 2026, says reviewers like deliverability that keeps each message personal and an easy setup, and that some say campaigns stop without warning. On Trustpilot, in reviews from March to October 2026, several praise an easy setup, and several complain of support that is slow to fix a problem and of leaving: a hard cancellation and no refund. Its own pages explain the last two: a cancellation goes through live chat at least 7 days before the term ends, and Salesforge does not issue refunds, unused credits and renewed terms included. Both sites read on 27 October 2026.
Salesforge's AI SDR. Its pages say it finds prospects on your criteria, writes to them on email, LinkedIn or both, follows up and books meetings by sending your calendar link, asking for theirs or pointing to a link. It runs in Auto-pilot, or in Co-pilot, where you approve its work, and it writes from a knowledge base you upload. It costs $599 a month billed quarterly and opens only after a demo, and its page says new email infrastructure needs 2 weeks of warm-up first. Read on salesforge.ai on 27 October 2026. In GetSales the AI SDR takes the replies in Unibox and drafts each answer, and each scenario sets whether it sends on its own or waits for your OK.
Yes. Its multichannel sequences visit profiles, send connection requests, messages and InMail and like posts beside email steps, and its Chrome extension pulls contacts from a LinkedIn or Sales Navigator search, page by page. Pro connects 1 LinkedIn sender and Growth any number, up to 500 per workspace under its terms. Each LinkedIn action, InMail included, spends a social action credit from the plan's monthly allowance, 300 on Pro and 1,000 on Growth, with more bought in the app on Growth. Read on salesforge.ai and help.salesforge.ai on 27 October 2026. In GetSales the LinkedIn steps run in the same workflow as the email steps, and sending spends no credits.
