What it does

What comes in,
and what stays

Connecting lets your sender profiles use the accounts your gtm-api.com workspace already has.

What you can pick

  • Accounts, imported

Import several at once from Sender profiles, and each one becomes a sender profile.

  • Accounts, bound

Bind an account or a mailbox to a sender profile you already have, as many mailboxes as your plan allows.

  • Several workspaces

Connect more than one. Each has its own row with its accounts and its state.

What stays in your workspace

  • A detached account

Detach an account from a sender profile and your gtm-api.com workspace keeps it.

  • Everything, on disconnect

Disconnect the workspace and nothing is deleted in it. Its accounts stop being available to sender profiles until you connect it again.

Not in this version

  • New accounts into your workspace

GetSales adds no account to your gtm-api.com workspace. To have one there, connect it in gtm-api.com first, then pick it.

  • Every GetSales workspace at once

A connection belongs to one GetSales workspace. Connect from each one that needs the accounts.

Two ways in

Your workspace,
or none at all

A sender profile takes its account and mailboxes from your gtm-api.com workspace, or you connect them on the profile itself.

  1. You use gtm-api.com

Connect your workspace, then import its accounts or bind them to your sender profiles.

  2. You do not

Create a sender profile and connect your accounts right there. There is nothing to connect in Settings.

  3. Both

Sender profiles with accounts from your gtm-api.com workspace and ones connected in GetSales sit side by side in one GetSales workspace.

What it costs

Nothing
to connect

Connecting a gtm-api.com workspace costs no credits. The rest of GetSales bills as it always does, the same whether your accounts come from your gtm-api.com workspace or were connected in GetSales.

Set it up

Connected
in five steps

  1. Open Integrations

In GetSales, open Settings, Integrations and find gtm-api, first in the list. Click Connect workspace.

  2. Allow access

Sign in to gtm-api.com, pick the workspace and allow access. You come back to Settings with the workspace on its own row.

  3. Import the accounts

In Sender profiles, choose Import from gtm-api and pick the accounts. Each one becomes a sender profile.

  4. Or bind them

On a sender profile you already have, bind an account or a mailbox from the workspace.

  5. Check the row

Back in Settings, the workspace's row counts its accounts and mailboxes, and how many are in sender profiles.

You sign in to gtm-api.com as a member of the workspace. If that person leaves it, connect the workspace again with someone who is. One GetSales workspace can connect several.

Talk to AI Sales
Do I need gtm-api.com to use GetSales?

No. Without a gtm-api.com workspace you create a sender profile and connect your accounts on it in GetSales. Connect a gtm-api.com workspace only if you already use gtm-api.com and want its accounts in GetSales.

What does the gtm-api.com integration do?

It lets your sender profiles use the accounts in your gtm-api.com workspace. Connect the workspace in Settings, Integrations, then import its accounts, each one as a sender profile, or bind an account or a mailbox to a sender profile you already have.

How are GetSales and gtm-api.com related?

GetSales is a gtm-api.com customer with a direct integration, the one this page describes.

Can I connect more than one workspace?

Yes. One GetSales workspace can connect several gtm-api.com workspaces, each on its own row in Settings, Integrations with its accounts and its state. A connection belongs to one GetSales workspace, so connect from each one that needs the accounts.

Can I add a new account to my gtm-api.com workspace from GetSales?

Not in this version. GetSales adds no account to your gtm-api.com workspace. To have one there, connect it in gtm-api.com first, then pick it in GetSales.

Does connecting cost credits?

No. Connecting and disconnecting a workspace cost nothing. The rest of GetSales bills as it always does, whether your accounts come from your gtm-api.com workspace or were connected in GetSales. What a credit costs is on the pricing page.

What happens when I disconnect?

Disconnect the workspace in Settings, Integrations, gtm-api. Its accounts stop being available to sender profiles until you connect it again, and the sender profiles that used them disconnect too. Nothing is deleted in your gtm-api.com workspace.
